Description
Device for carrying high-pressure cylinders. When transporting heavy high-pressure bottles, accidents can easily occur if a flat is handled by hand, e.g. B. when overloading from a railroad car to another car, has to be carried because the heavy bottle is not easy to grasp on its relatively smooth outer surface. The subject matter of the present invention now made light the attachment of handles to such a bottle.
The drawing shows in Fig. 1 and 2 an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in two views; Fig. 3 shows a handle as it is pushed into the cross when the bottle is carried standing; Fig. 4 shows a ver usable handle for the device, and in Fig. 5, the device is applied to a bottle.
An open strap has at its ends two outwardly bent lobes p through which a screw h passes, by means of which the strap, when placed on a high pressure bottle, e.g. B. as Fig. 5 shows, is pushed up, can be clamped to this bottle.
The clamp consists of two segment parts a1 with the tabs p, a segment part a \ and two tabs s, which connect the two segment parts a 'with the segment part a =, where intermediate layers z are inserted so that the tabs s to the outside .the Bride jump forward and cavities o arise when the Bride is open. In the middle of each lug s has a cross-shaped hole c,
through which the bolt e of a handle d (FIG. 4) can be pushed through and then fixed with the square part t of its shaft in one of the arms of the hole c.
The connection of the parts a1 and a 'with the parts z and s can be made, for example, by welding or riveting. The clamp is expediently permanently clamped to the bottle at the height of the center of gravity of the bottle, as shown in FIG handed.
The bottle can then be carried lying down as well as standing, and with the help of the device you have it safely in your hands without it being able to turn on the handles.
