Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de microscopie apte à (i) déplacer une lentille d'objectif à immersion dans un liquide vers un emplacement au niveau duquel un liquide, tel que de l'huile ou de l'eau, peut être appliqué à la lentille d'objectif à immersion dans un liquide, et à (ii) déplacer la lentille d'objectif à immersion dans un liquide sur laquelle est appliqué un liquide vers un porte-échantillon, à des fins d'utilisation pour une acquisition d'images d'un échantillon. Le procédé d'application de liquide peut être automatisé de sorte que le liquide appliqué sur la lentille d'objectif soit réapprovisionné si nécessaire. Le dispositif peut focaliser automatiquement la lentille pour faciliter le balayage, et peut être conçu pour changer des lentilles d'objectif. D'autres modes de réalisation, notamment l'utilisation d'un tel dispositif dans un balayage à haute teneur/à haut débit, sont également décrits.
