Abstract
L'invention concerne des méthodes et des dispositifs permettant le développement embryonnaire de souris ex-utéro. Par conséquent, l'invention concerne une méthode de culture ex vivo d'un embryon de souris à un stade zygote dans des conditions qui permettent des développements de l'embryon à l'organogenèse ou tout stade de développement entre ceux-ci. L'invention concerne également un système d'incubation f?tal et des méthodes d'utilisation de celui-ci.
