Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de surveillance de dispositif intelligent, qui se rapportent au domaine technique de la gestion de dispositifs terminaux et qui peuvent fournir des services de gestion et de surveillance unifiés pour un dispositif intelligent utilisé dans diverses chaînes de magasins O2O. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un serveur est en connexion de battement de cur avec un dispositif intelligent, utilisé pour recevoir un paquet de battement de cur comprenant des informations de dispositif, des informations de service et/ou des informations de santé envoyées par le dispositif intelligent ; le serveur stocke les informations de service et/ou les informations de santé dans une base de données sur la base des informations de dispositif, et synchronise les données rapportées du dispositif intelligent ; le serveur renvoie une réponse de battement de cur au dispositif intelligent, maintenant sa connexion de battement de cur ; sur la base de la relation de connexion de battement de cur, d'informations de service et/ou d'informations de santé, la réalisation d'une surveillance d'état et/ou d'une gestion de fonctionnement du dispositif intelligent. L'appareil applique le procédé de surveillance de dispositif intelligent.
