Abstract

Claims (12)

Claims:
1. A computer-implemented method of online borrowing including a first funds-management server, a second funds-management server, a third funds management server, a first terminal associated with a first participant, a second terminal associated with a second participant, and a third funds management server associated with a third participant wherein the method comprises:
the first terminal submits a new electronic commitment payment certificate application to the first funds-management server according to an electronic loan request submitted by the second terminal;
the first funds-management server generates an electronic commitment payment certificate in response to the new electronic commitment payment certificate application, the electronic commitment payment certificate freezing of first participant funds in an account of the first participant in the first funds-management server, wherein the value of the electronic commitment payment certificate has a value that is less than a value of the electronic loan request, and automatically freezes the first participant funds in the account of the first participant in the first funds-management server corresponding to the generated electronic commitment payment certificate, wherein the frozen first participant funds equal the value of the electronic commitment payment certificate;
the second funds-management server issues first issued funds to the second participant based on receipt of the electronic commitment payment certificate, wherein the first issued funds are equal to the value of the electronic commitment payment certificate;
the second funds-management server performs a credit evaluation for the second participant;
the third funds-management server issues the second funds to the second participant on receiving a remaining loan request delivered by the second participant, wherein the sum of the first funds and the second funds is equal to the electronic loan request, wherein the second funds are issued to the second participant when the credit evaluation is passed; and Date Recue/Date Received 2022-03-02 wherein the first issued funds and the second issued funds are to be automatically returned within a repayment time.
2. The method of claim 1 further comprising:
the second funds-management server sets the repayment time for the first issued funds and the second issued funds for monitoring repayment dates of the second participant.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to submitting the new electronic commitment payment certificate application, the method further comprising:
the second terminal initiates the electronic loan request through a server platform; and the first terminal receives the electronic loan request through the server platform.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first funds-management server is an account management server of a first bank.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the second funds-management server is an account management server of a second bank.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the third funds-management server is an account management server of a third bank
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first funds-management server and the second funds-management server are the same funds-management server.
8. The method of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the frozen first participant funds are deposit of the first participant on the first funds-management server.
9. The method of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the frozen first participant funds are credit limit of the first participant approved by the first funds-management server.

11. The method of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the second participant is a borrower.
