Abstract

An online lending method comprises third and fourth participants receiving first and second borrowing requests, respectively, and submitting applications to open credit certificates to a first funds management server; the server generates corresponding first, second, third and fourth credit certificates, and freezes funds of the third and fourth participants which are equal to credit certificate borrowing limits; after receiving the first, second, third and fourth credit certificates, a second funds management server grants funds to the first and second participants which are equal to a borrowing limit of the first and second borrowing request, respectively, and also sets a repayment time for the granted funds, and monitors a repayment date of the first and second participants. This reduces the lending risk for a loan initiator.

Claims:
1. An online lending method including a first funds-management server, a second funds-management server, a first participant, a second participant, a third participant and a fourth participant, wherein the method comprises:
the third participant receives a first loan request and a second loan request respectively submitted by the first participant and the second participant;
the fourth participant receives the first loan request and the second loan request respectively submitted by the first participant and the second participant;
a first funds-management server generates a first credit certificate and a second credit certificate according to a new first credit certificate application submitted by the third participant and a third credit certificate and a fourth credit certificate according to a new second credit certificate application submitted by the fourth participant; and the first funds-management server freezes the first funds equal to loan amount of the first credit certificate and the second funds equal to loan amount of the second credit certificate respectively in the third participant and the third funds equal to loan amount of the third credit certificate and the fourth funds equal to loan amount of the fourth credit certificate respectively in the fourth participant.
2. The method of claim 1 further comprising:
a second funds-management server issues the amount of funds equal to the amount of funds of the first loan request to the first participant and the amount of funds equal to the amount of funds of the second loan request to the second participant after receiving the first credit certificate, the second credit certificate, the third credit certificate and the fourth credit certificate; and the second funds-management server sets repayment times for the issued funds for monitoring repayment dates of the first participant and the second participant.
3. The method of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the first funds-management server is an account management server of the third participant and an account management server of the fourth participant on the first bank's funds-management server.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second funds-management server is account management servers of the first participant and the second participant.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first funds-management server and the second funds-management server are the same funds-management server.

generating a first credit certificate and a second credit certificate according to the new first credit certificate application submitted by the third participant and a third credit certificate and a fourth credit certificate according to the new second credit certificate application submitted by the fourth participant; and freezing the first funds equal to loan amount of the first credit certificate and the second funds equal to loan amount of the second credit certificate respectively in the third participant and the third funds equal to loan amount of the third credit certificate and the fourth funds equal to loan amount of the fourth credit certificate respectively in the fourth participant.

The method of claim 17, wherein the second funds-management server issues the amount of funds equal to the amount of funds of the first loan request to the first participant and the amount of funds equal to the amount of funds of the second loan request to the second participant after receiving the first credit certificate, the second credit certificate, the third credit certificate and the fourth credit certificate.
19. The method of any one of claims 17 to 18, wherein the second funds-management server sets repayment times for the issued funds for monitoring repayment dates of the first participant and the second participant.
20. The method of any one of claims 17 to 19, wherein the first funds-management server is an account management server of the third participant and an account management server of the fourth participant on the first bank's funds-management server.

26. The method of any one of claims 17 to 25, wherein the frozen funds are credit limit of the third participant and the fourth participant respectively approved by the first funds-management server.
27. The method of any one of claims 17 to 25, wherein the frozen funds are the funds corresponds to a real estate mortgaged by third participant and the fourth participant respectively on the first funds-management server.
28. The method of any one of claims 17 to 27, wherein the first participant is a borrower.
29. The method of any one of claims 17 to 28, wherein the second participant is a borrower.
30. The method of any one of claims 17 to 29, wherein the third participant is a lender of a loan.
31. The method of any one of claims 17 to 30, wherein the third participant is a lender of a loan.
32. The method of any one of claims 17 to 31, wherein the repayment times are pre-set the same date.
33. The method of any one of claims 17 to 32, wherein the repayment times are pre-set different dates.
