Abstract

Disclosed are an online lending method, and a data interaction processing method, device and system. The online lending method comprises: a second participant and a third participant respectively receive a borrowing request of a first participant, and respectively submit an application to open a credit certificate to a first funds management server; the first funds management server generates a corresponding first credit certificate and a corresponding second credit certificate, and freezes first funds of the second participant which are equal to a first credit certificate borrowing limit and second funds of the third participant which are equal to a second credit certificate borrowing limit; according to the first and second credit certificates, a second funds management server grants funds to the first participant which are equal to the first and second funds, and also sets a repayment time for the granted funds, and monitors a repayment date of the first participant. The present invention reduces the lending risk for a loan initiator.

[120] In the data interaction processing method, the data interaction system, and the data processing device provided by the present invention, when a first data initiator and a second data initiator initiate a data request that needs to add a value to a data unit thereof after receiving a data request, the First Service Party opens the data certificate according to the request of the data initiator and locks the corresponding first data and second data so that the Second Service Party adds the value of the first data and the second data to the data requester according to the data certificate and requests the data requester adds the value of the first data and the second data to the Second Service Party data unit within a predetermined time. Therefore, during the process of data exchange, the First and the Second Service Party are added into the interaction process. After the data initiator sends the server for credit guarantee, the server becomes the actual data issuer, so that the data interaction is more conveniently and safely handled.

Claims (35)

Claims:
1. A data interaction processing system for online lending, the system for more conveniently and safely performing online lending and reducing the financial risk to lenders in online lending transactions, the system comprising:
a data requesting terminal comprising at least one processor and a memory in communication with the at least one processor, the memory storing computer-executable instructions which when executed by the at least one processor cause the data requesting terminal to:
initiate a first data request to add a first data value to a data unit;
a first data initiating terminal comprising at least one processor and a memory in communication with the at least one processor, the memory storing computer-executable instructions which when executed by the at least one processor cause the first data initiating terminal to:
receive the first data request of the data requesting terminal; and submit a first data certificate application;
a second data initiating terminal comprising at least one processor and a memory in communication with the at least one processor, the memory storing computer-executable instructions which when executed by the at least one processor cause the second data initiating terminal to:
receive the first data request of the data requesting terminal; and submit a second data certificate application;

Date Recue/Date Received 2020-1 2-2 1 a first server platform comprising at least one processor and a memory in communication with the at least one processor, the memory storing computer-executable instructions which when executed by the at least one processor cause the first server platform to:
generate a first data certificate and a second data certificate according to the first data certificate application submitted by the first data initiating terminal and the second data certificate application submitted by the second data initiating terminal, respectively; and lock first data equal to the first data value of the first data certificate in the first data initiating terminal's data unit and second data equal to a second data value of the second data certificate in the second initiating terminal's data unit, such that the locked first data and locked second data are still in the first data initiating terminal's data unit and the second initiating terminal's data unit, respectively;
a second server platform comprising at least one processor and a memory in communication with the at least one processor, the memory storing computer-executable instructions which when executed by the at least one processor cause the second server platform to:
add an equal data value to the first data value and an equal data value to the second data value in the first data requesting terminal's data unit after receiving the first data certificate and the second data certificate; and set a predetermined time for the first data requesting terminal to add the sum of an equal data value to the first data value and an equal data value to the second data value to a second server platform's data unit within the predetermined time.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the first data request is initiated by the data requesting terminal through the first server platform.

3. The system of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the first data certificate is generated by the first data initiating terminal through the second server platform.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second data certificate is generated by the second data initiating terminal through the second server platform.
5. The system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform are the same server platform.
6. The system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform are different server platforms.
7. The system of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform both are electronic commerce platforms.
8. The system of claim 7, the first data requesting terminal accesses to the electronic commerce platform through an application installed in a smart terminal to initiate the first data request.
9. The system of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the data in the data request refers to financial data in a financial field.
10. A data interaction processing device for online lending, the device for more conveniently and safely performing online lending and reducing the financial risk to lenders in online lending transactions, the device comprising:
at least one processor;
a memory in communication with the at least one processor, the memory storing computer-executable instructions which when executed by the at least one processor cause the data interaction processing device to to:

generate a first data certificate and a second data certificate according to the first data certificate application and the second data certificate application, respectively; and lock first data equal to the first data value of the first data certificate in the first data initiating terminal and second data equal to a second data value of the second data certificate in the second initiating terminal according to the first data certificate and the second data certificate, such that the locked first data and locked second data are still in the first initiating terminal and the second initiating terminal, respectively; and send the first data certificate and the second data certificate to a second server platform, wherein the second server platform is configured to act as the actual data issuer by issuing data to the first data requester's data unit according to the first and second data certificates, thereby improving convenience and safety of the online lending process.
11. The device of claim 10, wherein the first data request is initiated by the data requester through the first server platform.
12. The device of any one of claims 10 to 11, wherein the first data certificate is generated by the first data initiator through the second server platform.
13. The device of any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein the second data certificate is generated by the second data initiator through the second server platform.

and add an equal data value to the first data value and an equal data value to the second data value to a first data requester's data unit.
20. The device of claim 19, wherein the first data certificate is generated by a first server platform according to a first data certificate application submitted by a first data initiator on a basis of a first data request with the first data value initiated in a first data requester's data unit.
21. The device of any one of claims 19 to 20, wherein the second data certificate is generated by a first server platform according to a second data certificate application submitted by a second data initiator on a basis of the first data request with a second data value initiated in the first data requester's data unit.
22. The device of any one of claims 20 to 21, wherein the first data request is the request initiated by a first data requester to add the first data value to in the first data requester's data unit.
23. The device of any one of claims 19 to 22, wherein the first data is locked in the data unit of the first data initiator by a first server platform equal to the first data value request by the first data requester.

30. The device of any one of claims 19 to 28, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform are different server platforms.
31. The device of any one of claims 19 to 30, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform both are electronic commerce platforms.
32. The device of claim 31, wherein the first data requester accesses to the electronic commerce platform through an application installed in a smart terminal to initiate the first data request.
33. The device of any one of claims 31 to 32, wherein the first data initiator responds to the data request through the electronic commerce platform to generate the first data certificate.
