Abstract

A lending method, and a data interaction processing method, device and system. The lending method comprises: first and second participants respectively submit first and second borrowing requests; after receiving the first and second borrowing requests, a third participant submits an application to open credit certificates to a first funds management server; the first funds management server generates corresponding first and second credit certificates, and respectively freezes corresponding first and second funds of the third participant; according to the first and second credit certificates, a second funds management server grants funds to the first participant which are equal to the first funds, and grants funds to the second participant which are equal to the second funds, the second funds management server setting a repayment time for the granted funds, and monitoring a repayment date of the first participant and the second participant. The present invention reduces the lending risk for a loan initiator.

Claims (43)

Claims:
1. A computer system for secure data processing comprising:
a first data requesting terminal configured to initiate a first data request to add a first value of data to a first data unit of the first data requesting terminal;
a second data requesting terminal configured to initiate a second data request to add a second value of data to a second data unit of the second data requesting terminal;
a data initiating terminal, configured to:
receive the first data request from the first data requesting terminal and the second data request from the second data requesting terminal; and submit at least a first data certificate application, wherein the at least a first data certificate application corresponds to the first data request and the second data request;
a first server platform, configured to:
generate a first data certificate and a second data certificate according to the first data certificate application submitted by the data initiating terminal; and lock a value of data equal to the sum of the first value of data and the second value of data in a third data unit of the data initiating terminal;
a second server platform, configured to:

receive the first data certificate and the second data certificate from the first server platform;
add data equal to the first value of data to the first data unit of the first data requesting terminal and data equal to the second value of data to the second data unit of the second data requesting terminal concurrently; and set a first predetermined time for the first data requesting terminal to add data equal to the first value of data to a second server platform data unit and set a second predetermined time for the second data requesting terminal to add data equal to the second value of data to the second server platform data unit; and wherein the first server platform is further configured to delete the value of data equal to the first value of data in the third data unit of the data initiating terminal after the first predetermined time and the second value of data in the third data unit of the data initiating terminal after the second predetermined time.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the first data request is initiated by the first data requesting terminal through the first server platform.
3. The system of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform are the same server platform.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform are different server platforms.
5. The system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform both are electronic commerce platforms.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the first data requesting terminal and the second data requesting terminal access the electronic commerce platform through an application installed in a smart terminal to initiate the data request.
7. The system of any one of claims 5 to 6, wherein the data initiating terminal responds to the first data request and the second data request through the electronic commerce platform to generate the first data certificate and the second data certificate.
8. The system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to text data.
9. The system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to audio data.
10. The system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to video data.
11. The system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to program data.
12. The system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to financial data in a financial field.
13. The system of any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are pre-set to the same date.
14. The system of any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are pre-set to different dates.
15. A computer implemented method of secure data processing comprising:

receiving a first data request for a first value of data from a first data requesting data unit of a first requester and a second data request with a second value of data from a second data requesting data unit of a second requester by a data initiator;
generating a first data certificate and a second data certificate according to data certificate applications based on the first data request and the second data request respectively, by a first service party;
locking data equal to the first value of data and data equal to the second value of data in a data unit of the data initiator by the first service party concurrently;
receiving the first data certificate and the second data certificate from the first service party by a second service party;
adding data equal to the first value of data to the first data requesting data unit and data equal to the second value of data to the second data requesting data unit by the second service party;
setting a first predetermined time that the first data requester should add data equal to the first value of data to a second server platform data unit and a second predetermined time that the second data requester should add data equal to the second value of data to the server platfomi data unit by the second service party; and deleting the value of data equal to the first value of data in the data unit of the data initiator after the first predetermined time and the second value of data in the data unit of the data initiator after the second predetermined time.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the first data request is initiated by the first data requester and the second data request is initiated by the second data requester through a first server platform.
17. The method of any one of claims 15 to 16, wherein the first data certificate and the second data certificate are generated by the data initiator through the second server platform.
18. The method of any one of claims 15 to 17, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform are the same server platform.
19. The method of any one of claims 15 to 17, wherein the first server platfonn and the second server platform are different server platforms.
20. The method of any one of claims 15 to 19, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform both are electronic commerce platforms.
21. The method of claim 20, wherein the first data requester and the second data requester access the electronic commerce platform through an application installed in a smart terminal to initiate the first data request and the second data request respectively.
22. The method of any one of claims 15 to 21, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to text data.
23. The method of any one of claims 15 to 21, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to audio data.
24. The method of any one of claims 15 to 21, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to video data.
25. The method of any one of claims 15 to 21, wherein the first data in the first data request and the second data request refers to program data.
26. The method of any one of claims 15 to 21, wherein the first data in the first data request and the second data request refers to financial data in a financial field.
27. The method of any one of claims 15 to 26, wherein the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are pre-set to the same date.
28. The method of any one of claims 15 to 26, wherein the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are pre-set to different dates.
29. A computer implemented method for secure data processing, the computer implemented method comprising:
receiving at least a first data certificate application from a data initiator by the first service party, wherein the at least a first data certificate application corresponds to a first data request for first value of data initiated in a first data requesting data unit of a first data requester and a second data request for second value of data initiated in a second data requesting data unit of a second data requester;
generating a first data certificate and a second data certificate from the at least a first data certificate application by the first service party, wherein the first data certificate corresponds to the first data request and the second data certificate corresponds to the second data request;
locking data equal to the first value of data and data equal to the second value of data in a data unit of the data initiator concurrently;
adding data equal to the first value of data to the first data requesting data unit and data equal to the second value of data to the second data requesting data unit by the second service party;
setting a first predetermined time that the first data requester should add data equal to the first value of data to a second server platform data unit and a second predetermined time that the second data requester should add data equal to the second value of data to the server platform data unit by the second service party; and deleting data equal to the first value of data in the data unit of the data initiator after the first predetermined time and the second value of data in the data unit of the data initiator after the second predetermined time.
30. The method of claim 29, wherein the first data request and the second data request are initiated by the first data requester and the second data requester through the first server platform.
31. The method of any one of claims 29 to 30, wherein the first data certificate and the second data certificate are generated by the data initiator through the second server platform.
32. The method of any one of claims 30 to 31, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform are the same server platform.
33. The method of any one of claims 30 to 31, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform are different server platforms.
34. The method of any one of claims 30 to 33, wherein the first server platform and the second server platform both are electronic commerce platforms.
35. The method of claim 34, wherein the first data requester and the second data requester access the electronic commerce platform through an application installed in a smart terminal to initiate the first data request and second data request.
36. The method of any one of claims 34 to 35, wherein the data initiator responds to the first data request and the second data request through the electronic commerce platform to generate the data certificates.
37. The method of any one of claims 29 to 35, wherein the data in the first data request and the second data request refers to text data.
