the second funds-management server issues the sum of first funds and second funds to the third participant, wherein the first funds are equal to the frozen amount of funds in the first participant according to the first electronic commitment certificate and the second funds are equal to the frozen amount of funds in the second participant according to the second electronic commitment certificate;
the second funds-management server issues third funds to the third participant wherein the third funds are equal to the remaining value of the loan request according to a remaining loan request submitted by the third participant; and wherein the sum of the first funds, the second funds and the third funds is equal to the value of loan request.
