Abstract

Disclosed are a lending method, and a data interaction processing method, device and system. The lending method comprises: first and second participants respectively apply to a first funds management server to open first and second electronic commitment payment certificates according to a borrowing request of a third participant, the total value of the first and second electronic commitment payment certificates being less than a loan value requested by the third participant; the first funds management server freezes funds of the first and second participants which are equal to the value of the electronic commitment payment certificates, grants funds to the third participant which are equal to the value of the frozen funds via a second funds management server, and grants third funds to the third participant according to a remainder borrowing request initiated by the third participant, the total value of the first, second and third funds being equal to a borrowing value of the borrowing request, and set by the second funds management server to be returned within a preset time. The present invention reduces the lending risk for a lender.

By pre-establish a data association relationship between first, second data initiator and a service party through a data certificate. During the process of data interaction, since the service provider is added to the data initiator (First and Second Participant) and the data requester (Third Participant), and the relationship of interaction between the data initiator and the service provider, the service provider and the data requester are established. Claims (14)

    The Claims
  1. [Claim 1] A lending method, wherein the method includes:
    The First Participant and Second Participant respectively according to the borrowing request of the Second Participant to apply to the first Funds-Management server for opening the corresponding first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate; wherein, the total value of first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate is less than the borrowing value of the Third Participant, and the first electronic commitment payment certificate applied by the first Funds-Management server and the First Participant used its account funds or credit limit as the guarantee and was opened by the first Funds-Management server, and the second electronic commitment payment certificate applied by the first Funds-Management server and the Second Participant used its account funds or credit limit as the guarantee and was opened by the first Funds-Management server;
    The first Funds-Management server, according to the first electronic commitment payment certificate and the second electronic commitment payment certificate, freeze the first funds which equal to the first electronic commitment payment certificate of the First Participant, and freeze the second funds which equal to the second electronic commitment payment certificate of the Second Participant;
    The second Funds-Management server receives the electronic commitment payment certificate opened by the first Funds-Management server and issues the first funds equal to the first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate to the Third Participant ; and The second Funds-Management server issues a third fund to the Second Participant according to the remaining borrowing request initiated by the Third Participant;
    wherein the sum of the value of the first fund, the second fund and the third fund is equal to the borrowing value of loan request, and the first, second and third fund are set by the second Funds-Management server to be returned within a schedule time.

[Claim 2] According to the borrowing method in Claim 1, wherein the step of the First Participant and Second Participant applying to the first Funds-Management server for opening the electronic commitment payment certificate according to the borrowing request of the Third Participant including:

    The Third Participant initiates the borrowing request through a server platform; and The First Participant and Second Participant receives the borrowing request respectively and applies to the first Funds-Management server according to the borrowing request and opens the first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electron ic commitment payment certificate by the fi rst Funds-Management server.
  3. [Claim 3] The lending method according to Claim 1, wherein the first Funds-Management server is the first bank's Funds-Management server, and the second Funds-Management server is the second banks' Funds-Management server;
  4. [Claim 4] The lending method according to Claim 2, wherein the first Funds-Management server is the first bank's Funds-Management server, and the second Funds-Management server is the second banks' Funds-Management server;
  5. [Claim 5] According to the borrowing method in Claim 1, wherein the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-Management server are the same Funds-Management server.
  6. [Claim 6] According to the borrowing method in to Claim 2, wherein the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-Management server are the same Funds-Management server.
  7. [Claim 7] A lending method, wherein the method includes:
    The first Funds-Management server receives the first electronic commitment payment certificate and the second electronic commitment payment certificate respectively corresponding to the application delivered by the First Participant and the Second Participant according to the received borrowing request of the Third Participant, Wherein, the total value of the first electronic commitment payment certificate is less than the borrowing value of the Third Participants' request, the first electronic commitment payment certificate is opened by the first Funds-Management server and the First Participant used its funds account or credit limit as the guarantee to apply to the first Funds-Management server, the second electronic commitment payment certificate is opened by the second Funds-Management server and the Second Participant used its funds account or credit limit as the guarantee to apply to the first Funds-Management server;
    According to the first electronic commitment payment certificate and the second electronic commitment payment certificate, freeze the first funds which equal to the first electronic commitment payment certificate of the First Participant, and freeze the second funds which equal to the second electronic commitment payment certificate of the Second Participant;
    Deliver the first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate to the second Funds-Management server, making the second Funds-Management server deliver the funds which equal to the total value of the first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate to the Third Participant; wherein, the delivered funds is set by the second Funds-Management server to be returned within schedule time.
  8. [Claim 8] A lending method, wherein the method includes:
    Wherein, the request is that the First Participant and Second Participant received the borrowing request of the Third Participant and delivered respectively to the first Funds-Management server, the total value of the first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate is less than the borrowing value of the Third Participant, and the first electronic commitment payment certificate is that the First Participant used its account funds or credit limit as guarantee to apply to the first Funds-Management server, the second electronic commitment payment certificate is that the Second Participant used its account funds or credit limit as guarantee to apply to the first Funds-Management server;
    Deliver the funds which equal to the first electronic commitment payment certificate and second electronic commitment payment certificate to the Third Participant; and According to the remaining borrowing request initiated by the Third Participant;
    wherein the sum of the value of the first fund, the second fund and the third fund is equal to the loan value of loan request, and the first, second and third fund are set by the second Funds-Management server to be returned within a schedule time.
  9. [Claim 9] A data interaction processing method, wherein the method comprises:
    The first data initiator and second data initiator based on the data requester initiates the data request of first data value to its data unit and respectively apply to the First Service Party, and the First Service Party opens the first data certificate and data second certificate; wherein, the total data value represented by the first data certificate and second data certificate is less than the first data value;
    Where the first data certificate is a quantitative tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the first data initiator and the First Service Party, and the second data certificate is a quantitative tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the second data initiator and the First Service Party;
    The First Service Party based on its opened first data certificate locks the first part data which equal to the data value represented by first data certificate in the data unit of first data initiator, and based on its opened second data certificate locks the second data which equal to the data value represented by second data certificate in the data unit of second data initiator;
    The Second Server receives the first data certificate and second data certificate opened by the First Service Party and adds the data value which equal to the total value of the first part data and second part data to the data requesting terminal data unit; and According to the data requester that the data requester initiates to add data value equal to the second part data, adds data value which equal to the data value of the third part to the data unit of the data requester; wherein the sumof the first part data, the second part data and the third part data is the first data value.
  10. [Claim 10] A data interaction processing system, wherein the system including:
    The data request terminal is used to initiate a first data request that needs to add a first data value to its data unit;
    The first data initiator terminal is used to apply to open a data certificate according to the first data request;
    The second data initiator terminal is used to apply to open a data certificate according to the first data request;
    The first server is used to open the corresponding first data value and second data value according to the application of first initiating terminal and second initiating terminal, based on its opened first data locks the first part data which equal to the data value represented by the first data certificate in the data unit of first data initiating terminal, and based on its opened second data locks the second part data which equal to the data value represented by the second data certificate in the data unit of second data initiating terminal; wherein, the total data value of first data certificate and second data certificate is less than the first data value;
    Where the first data certificate is a quantitative tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the first data initiating and the first service terminal, and the second data certificate is a quantitative tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the second data initiating and the first service terminal;

    the Second Server is used to receive the first data certificate and second data certificate opened by the First Server and adds the data value which equal to the total value of the first part data and second part data to the data requesting terminal data unit;
    And based on the data requesting initiating terminal add the data request which equal to the data value of the third part data, and add the data request which equal to the data value of the third part data to the data initiating requesting data unit, wherein the sumof the first part data, the second part data and the third part data is the first data value.

    Based on its opened first data certificate locks the first part data which equal to the data value represented by first data certificate in the data unit of first data initiator, and based on its opened second data certificate locks the second data which equal to the data value represented by second data certificate in the data unit of second data initiator; and Deliver the data certificate and second data certificate to the Second Service Party, making the Second Service Party adds a data value equal to the total value of the first part and second part to the data requester data unit; wherein the Second Server is set to add data values equal to the data size of the first part to the Second Service Party data unit within a scheduled time.
  12. [Claim 12] A data interaction processing device, wherein the device including:
    The data certificate opening module is used to determine based on the first data initiator and second data initiator receives the data requester that initiates the request of adding data requester of first data value to its data unit and respectively opens the first data certificate and second data certificate; wherein, the total value of the data value represented by the first data certificate and second data certificate is less than the first data value;

    A processing module is used to determine based on its opened first data certificate locks the first part data which equal to the data value represented by first data certificate in the data unit of first data initiator, and based on its opened second data certificate locks the second data which equal to the data value represented by second data certificate in the data unit of second data initiator; and A delivery module is used to deliver the data certificate and second data certificate to the Second Service Party, making the Second Service Party adds a data value equal to the total value of the first part and second part to the data requester data unit; wherein the Second Server is set to add data values equal to the data size of the first part to the Second Service Party data unit within a scheduled time.
  13. [Claim 13] A data interaction processing method, wherein the method comprises:
