Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système biologique qui permet de générer et de conserver un référentiel de cellules, de tissus et d'organes transplantables, personnalisés, humanisés pour une transplantation, le système biologique étant biologiquement actif et actif de façon métabolique, le système biologique ayant des cellules, des tissus et des organes génétiquement reprogrammés chez un animal non humain pour une transplantation chez un receveur humain, l'animal non humain ne présentant pas d'épitopes glycanes de surface et des séquences spécifiques provenant du SLA de porc de type sauvage étant remplacées par un nucléotide synthétique sur la base d'une séquence de référence humaine capturée provenant du HLA d'un receveur humain.
