Abstract

La présente invention concerne une source de lumière (1) comprenant un boîtier (3), un connecteur de source de lumière (5) au niveau d'une première extrémité (7) du boîtier (3), pour connecter la source de lumière à un luminaire, et une diode électroluminescente, une DEL, un circuit (9), configuré pour émettre de la lumière à travers une seconde extrémité (11) du boîtier (3). Le boîtier peut être sensiblement symétrique autour d'un axe de symétrie (13) s'étendant de la première à la seconde extrémité du boîtier (7), (11). Le boîtier (3) présente, au niveau de la première extrémité (7), une première partie d'extrémité (15), comprenant un filetage (19), réalisé dans un matériau isolant, et étant configuré pour être relié à un luminaire. L'invention concerne également un luminaire comprenant une telle source de lumière.
