Abstract

Linvention décrit un capuchon de lampe à DEL dissipant la chaleur de circulation intérieure, comprenant une coque, un circuit de commande et un circuit dalimentation, dans lequel un côté de la coque est relié à un composant électroluminescent, lextérieur du réservoir est muni dun support métallique, lintérieur du réservoir est muni dun élément dissipateur de chaleur, lextrémité de sortie du composant dissipateur de chaleur fait directement face au composant émetteur de lumière, le flux dair à haute pression généré par le composant dissipateur de chaleur est soufflé sur le composant émetteur de lumière pour enlever la chaleur, puis un flux dair réchauffant la circulation intérieure est formé à lintérieur. Le ventilateur à jet spiral forme un flux dair haute pression dans le corps de la lampe, qui souffle rapidement la surface et la température interne du cordon de lampe, avec de meilleures performances de conduction thermique et une utilisation plus stable de lensemble de la machine.
