Abstract

L'invention concerne des capteurs de pression capacitifs souples pour des applications de surveillance de santé pouvant être portées en continu. Des films minces d'or ridés sur des substrats élastomères sont utilisés en tant qu'électrodes plaques parallèles robustes pour créer une intégration robuste avec le polymère, permettant à une force normale répétée de déformer le film mince sans défaillance. En incorporant des structures micro-nervurées qui supportent les contre-électrodes pour créer des cavités d'air à l'intérieur de la couche diélectrique élastomère, la sensibilité à la pression est encore augmentée. Les capteurs de pression sont conçus pour mesurer des signaux physiologiques humains, tels que la pression exercée par une impulsion radiale sur la surface de la peau. La pression d'impulsion radiale détectée par le capteur peut être corrélée à une pression sanguine artérielle. L'étalonnage desdits capteurs de pression à l'aide d'un réseau neuronal permet de déterminer la pression sanguine absolue.
