Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un récipient de café (1a-1g) pour préparer une boisson au café lors de l'injection de liquide dans le récipient, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : - sélectionner et fournir des moyens formant paroi de récipient (2, 2a, 3a-3g) pour enfermer un récipient prédéfini, - compacter une quantité de matière de café en vrac telle que des particules de café torréfié et moulu pour obtenir une tablette de café sous une force de compactage prédéfinie dans le volume de récipient entre les moyens formant paroi de récipient (2, 2a, 3a-3g), - la force de compactage appliquée étant réglée sur la base d'au moins le volume de récipient fourni et/ou sur un type particulier de boisson à préparer à partir du récipient fourni, et la force de compactage appliquée étant réglée à une valeur comprise entre 0,5 et 15 kN, de préférence entre 1 kN et 10 kN.
