Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et une composition liés à des matériaux en mousse à deux composants à base d'ester de phosphate et d'époxy. La présente invention concerne un procédé consistant à : utiliser un système à deux composants, le système à deux composants comprenant une partie A et une partie B, la partie A comprenant un époxy et la partie B comprenant un ester de phosphate et de l'acide phosphorique ; mélanger la partie A et la partie B pour former un produit réactionnel résultant ; le produit résultant de la réaction entre la partie A et la partie B durcissant à une température inférieure à 50 °C. La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant : a) un premier composant comprenant de l'époxy ; b) un second composant comprenant un ester de phosphate et de l'acide phosphorique ; et un produit résultant de la réaction entre le premier composant et le second composant durcissant à une température inférieure à 50 °C.
