Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau virus de poisson, un acide nucléique isolé présentant une séquence choisie dans le groupe constitué par SEQ ID NO : 2 et 3, des séquences étant complémentaires de SEQ ID NO : 2 et 3, et des variants de celui-ci étant au moins 70 % identiques à celui-ci. Un procédé de détection de l'acide nucléique, des amorces, des sondes, un vecteur et une cellule hôte, un vaccin à ADN, une protéine recombinante, un vaccin recombinant, un anticorps et un nécessaire de diagnostic sont en outre décrits.
