Abstract
La présente invention concerne une valvule cardiaque prothétique transcathéter qui comprend une structure d'endoprothèse et au moins une feuille de matériau de cuspide de la forme d'un tube, qui comprend une partie inférieure disposée sur un extérieur de la structure d'endoprothèse et une partie de bord supérieur disposée à l'intérieur de la structure d'endoprothèse. La partie de bord supérieur comprend au moins une partie conçue pour s'enrouler autour d'une première partie du bord supérieur de la structure d'endoprothèse et se replier vers un extérieur de la structure d'endoprothèse. La partie de bord supérieur comprend également au moins une autre partie conçue pour se tisser à travers la structure d'endoprothèse et se replier vers l'intérieur de la structure d'endoprothèse.
