Claims (17)
- 上部及び下部を備えるステント・フレームと、

前記ステント・フレームの外側面の周りに配置される下側部分、及び
前記ステント・フレームの内側面内に少なくとも部分的に配置される上側部分
を備え、
前記ステント・フレーム内に配置される前記上側部分は、前記ステント・フレーム内の第1の位置から第2の位置に移動可能な少なくとも1つの弁尖を形成する、経カテーテル人工心臓弁。 - 前記弁尖材料の前記上側部分の少なくとも一部は、前記上部の連結箇所の周りに巻き付き、前記ステント・フレームの前記内側面に向かって折り重なるよう構成され、前記弁尖材料の管の少なくとも第2の部分は、前記ステント・フレームの前記上部の上側縁部の下を縫うように進み、前記ステント・フレームの前記内側面に向かって折り重なるよう構成される、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖材料の管は、弁尖材料の連続シートで形成され、前記弁尖材料の連続シートの上側縁部は、そこから上方へ延びる少なくとも3つのアーチを有する、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖材料の連続シートの前記上側縁部は、前記少なくとも3つのアーチのそれぞれの間に間隙を備える、請求項3に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖材料の管は、弁尖材料の2つ以上の断片で形成される、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖材料の管は押出成形される、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖材料の管は、ポリマー材料を含む、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- ポリマー材料は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリオキシメチレン、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、及びその組合せを含む、請求項7に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項8に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖材料の管は、ポリマー材料及びヒアルロン酸を含む、請求項9に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖材料の管は、生体プロテーゼ材料を含む、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖は3次元の湾曲を有する、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記弁尖は2次元の面を有する、請求項12に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記ステント・フレームは拡張可能である、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記ステント・フレームは自己拡張可能である、請求項14に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記ステント・フレームはバルーン拡張可能である、請求項14に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
- 前記ステント・フレームは高さ及び内径を有し、前記内径に対する前記高さの比率は約0.5と約0.9との間の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の経カテーテル人工心臓弁。
