w La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif dans le domaine des voies ferrées ayant des rails enterrés dans une plateforme, notamment aux voies pour tramway.
Les rails enterrés sont protégés par des chambres d'éclisses. Une chambre d'éclisses enveloppe le rail, sur toutes ses parties enterrées, latéralement et par en-dessous. Chaque chambre forme ainsi une étanchéité apte, notamment, à
éviter les courants électriques de fuite et une corrosion excessive du rail.
Cependant, les chambres d'éclisses sont fabriquées en atelier et mises en oeuvre sur chantier. Pour permettre leur transport et leur mise en uvre, elles sont donc de taille, et notamment de longueur, limitée. De ce fait, il y a une rupture d'étanchéité entre deux chambres voisines.
L'invention a pour but de proposer un procédé ou un dispositif pour permettre une étanchéité continue, sur toute la longueur nécessaire du rail.
Selon l'invention, un tel dispositif est un chariot pour souder une extrémité
d'une première éclisse avec une extrémité d'une deuxième éclisse caractérisé
en ce qu'il comprend un châssis et, fixés au châssis - des moyens de support pour les éclisses ;

Le châssis comprend avantageusement au moins trois pieds, de préférence quatre, deux pieds étant chacun équipé d'une roue respective.
Tout aussi avantageusement, le chariot comprend des moyens, de préférence des moyens de lorry, pour circuler sur une voie ferrée.

Le châssis est fait de tubes métalliques carrés. Il comprend quatre pieds verticaux 13, 14, s'étendant sensiblement verticalement depuis le plateau 3 vers le bas, en direction du sol. Deux pieds 13, disposés à l'avant, sont équipés chacun d'une roue. Les deux autres pieds 14, disposés à l'arrière sont prévus pour reposer directement sur le sol.
Les allonges 9 sont amovibles ou escamotables. En position d'usage, telle qu'illustrée à la figure 1, elles prolongent longitudinalement le plateau 3, l'une

Le motoréducteur est prévu pour déplacer transversalement la lame 5 dans le caisson, entre une position active dans laquelle elle traverse l'ouverture 12 de haut en bas et une position latérale escamotée, sous le caisson 8, en dehors de l'ouverture 16.
Le groupe électrogène 4 est prévu pour fournir de l'énergie électrique au groupe de chauffe 6 et au motoréducteur.
On va maintenant décrire un procédé pour souder les deux éclisses 11, 12 entre elles.
D'abord, tel qu'illustré aux figures :

The generator set 4 is intended to supply electrical energy to the heating group 6 and the geared motor.
We will now describe a method for welding the two fishplates 11, 12 between they.
First, as illustrated in the figures:

- on fait chauffer la lame, de façon à provoquer une fusion des extrémités 11A, 12A.
Ensuite :
- on déplace la lame dans sa position escamotée ; et, - on met en contact les extrémités 11A, 12A, de sorte qu'elles se soudent l'une à l'autre.
Par ce procédé, répété autant de fois que l'on pose une nouvelle éclisse, on obtient une étanchéité continue entre les éclisses. Ce procédé peut être mis en uvre sur le chantier, au fur et à mesure de la pose des éclisses.
Dans l'exemple illustré le plateau est sensiblement horizontal ; il fait 0,7 mètre de large et 1 mètre de long ; il est disposé à 0,8 mètre au-dessus du sol.
Chaque allonge 9 fait 0,7 mètre de long. Ainsi, le plateau et les allonges constituent ensemble des moyens de support de 2,4 mètres, répartis de part et d'autre de la fente 17.
Bien sûr, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation préférés qui viennent d'être décrits mais, au contraire, l'invention est définie par les revendications qui suivent.
