Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection d'une déviation ou d'une déviation relative entre un module source et un module de détection dans un appareil de balayage et configuré sous la forme d'une paire de capteurs pour mesure de transmission par balayage d'un matériau en feuille transporté dans une direction machine à travers un espace de détection formé entre le module source et le module de détection. Le module source est agencé sur un premier côté de l'espace de détection et émet un rayonnement de détection ou détecte un rayonnement d'énergie vers l'espace de détection, et le module de détection est agencé sur un deuxième côté de l'espace de détection opposé au premier côté et détecte le rayonnement provenant du module source et transmis à travers l'espace de détection. Le procédé comprend : la fixation d'un dispositif de blocage amovible au module de détection, de sorte qu'une zone de blocage de rayonnement du dispositif de blocage bloque partiellement, de façon asymétrique, une sous-zone de l'aire de section transversale du rayonnement incident sur une ouverture de module de détection du module de détection ; et la conduite d'un processus de balayage partiellement bloqué au cours duquel le module source et le module de détection sont déplacés conjointement dans une direction transversale de l'appareil de balayage, le module source émet le rayonnement et le module de détection détecte le rayonnement provenant du module source ayant été transmis à travers l'espace de détection, de sorte qu'une partie sélectionnée du rayonnement correspondant à la sous-zone couverte par la zone de blocage de rayonnement ne puisse pas être détectée par l'ouverture de module de détection, un signal de capteur partiellement bloqué étant obtenu à partir du rayonnement détecté par le module de détection.
