Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a method and device for disseminating product information, the method comprising the following steps: a server obtains at least two product electronic certificates, and e-commerce accounts associated with the product electronic certificates; the server selects a target product electronic certificate from among the product electronic certificates, and associates the target product electronic certificate with a rebate commitment; after the target product electronic certificate is purchased, the server pays out the rebate commitment to the e-commerce account which is to obtain the rebate commitment. Thus, providing pleasant surprises during the process of product information dissemination gives a tremendous efficiency boost to the circulation and purchasing of product electronic certificates; moreover, e-commerce users are active participants in the circulation, and dissemination is carried out widely and efficiently by means of the Internet, thereby effectively improving the results and efficiency of the dissemination of product information.

When E-commerce user obtaining the electronic certificate of product through the circulation method, the part of commission commitment or the entire of that can be detached manually or automatically. When the electronic certificate of product triggered to purchase, the commission commitment corresponding to the triggered electronic certificate can be cashed. If electronic certificate of product is set a time limit, the commission commitment will be withdrawn when electronic certificate of product failed to be triggered within the time limit. This cash-back method not only improves interestingness of disseminating product information, but also simulates the E-commerce users to circulate product information and purchasing desire to improve the dissemination effect of product information and sales strength of product effectively. In addition, due to the active participation of E-commerce user and widely efficient dissemination via the Internet, both the dissemination effect and efficiency of product information are increased effectively. It has industrial applicability.

Claims (45)

Claims:
1. A computer implemented method for disseminating product information in an electronic transaction, the method comprising:
a server acquiring a plurality of commodity electronic certificates, wherein each of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates is associated with a first ecommerce account on a first client terminal based on an associating request by the first ecommerce account, wherein the each of plurality of the commodity electronic certificates includes at least commodity information, trade information, logistics information and are displayed on the first client terminal for displaying and disseminating corresponding commodity/service to be purchased via the Internet;
the server selecting a target commodity electronic certificate according to a preset rule among the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates to attach a commission commitment onto the target commodity electronic certificate, wherein the commission commitment is generated by the server for incentivizing first client terminal to disseminate the target commodity electronic certificate, according to information of an account of a commitment payer and an amount of funds inputted by the commitment payer; and when the server determined that the target commodity electronic certificate displayed on the first client terminal has been purchased by a second ecommerce account on a second client terminal within a preset time limit, the server detaching the commission commitment from the target commodity electronic certificate for the first client terminal in order to cash the amount of funds of the commission commitment to the first ecommerce account by a financial institution server, wherein the commission commitment is associated with a payment electronic certificate triggered under a settlement condition for incentive transfer.
2. The computer implemented method of claim 1 further includes:

Date Recue/Date Received 2022-04-12 where if the target commodity electronic certificate has not been purchased within the preset time limit, the server detaches the commission commitment with the target commodity electronic certificate for disabling the amount of funds of the commission commitment to be cashed to the first ecommerce account.
3. The computer implemented method of claim 2 further includes:
where if the commission commitment has been detached by the server, the server selects an other commodity electronic certificate as a new target commodity electronic certificate among the plurality of commodity electronic certificates to attach the commission commitment onto the new target commodity electronic certificate.
4. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 3 further includes:
the server selects the target commodity electronic certificate according to a grade, a sales strength, a number of circulation times, ecommerce account activity and a post time of the target commodity electronic certificate.
5. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 3 further includes:
the server selects the target commodity electronic certificate randomly from the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates.
6. The computer implemented method of claim 1 further includes:
the server posts the plurality of commodity electronic certificates for displaying;
the server receives a request for associating the first ecommerce account with one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates; and Date Recue/Date Received 2022-04-12 the server updates the first ecommerce account on the first client terminal associated with the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates.
7. The computer implemented method of claim 6 further includes:
the server sends the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates to the first client terminal via the first ecommerce account;
the second client terminal acquires the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates displayed on the first client terminal;
the server receives a request of associating the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates with the second ecommerce account sent by the second client terminal; and the server links the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates with the second ecommerce account, and/or unlinks the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates with the first ecommerce account.
8. The computer implemented method of claim 1 further includes:
the server posts the plurality of commodity electronic certificates to a network public platform for displaying.
9. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 8 further includes:
the first client terminal acquires one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates displayed on the network public platform;
the first client terminal sends the request for associating the first ecommerce account with the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates;

Date Recue/Date Received 2022-04-12 the server links the first ecommerce account on the first terminal with the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates according to the request for associating the first ecommerce account with the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates, and circulates the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificate to the first client terminal for displaying.
10. The computer implemented method of claim 9, wherein the second client terminal acquires the commodity electronic certificate from the first client terminal.
11. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the commission commitment includes a payable commodity electronic certificate.
12. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the server sets a transfer condition of the payable commodity electronic certificate.
13. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the server generates the commission commitment.
14. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 11 to 12, wherein the payable commodity electronic certificate is applied to product purchasing.
15. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 11 to 12, wherein the payable commodity electronic certificate is applied a mortgage guarantee.
16. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the target commodity electronic certificates includes a unique series number for purchasing a product.
17. The computer implemented method of claim 1, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes product information.

18. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 and 17, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes trade information.
19. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 18, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes logistics information.
20. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 19, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes insurance information.
21. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 20, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes trade rules.
22. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 21, wherein the commission commitment is applied as a sales rebate amount preset and deposited by an ecommerce merchant or a manufacturer.
23. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 22, wherein the first client terminal is a cellphone.
24. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 22, wherein the first client terminal is a tablet.
25. The computer implemented method of any one of claims 1 to 22, wherein the first client terminal is a personal computer.
26. A computer device for disseminating product information in an electronic transaction, performed in a server, the device comprising:
an acquisition module, configured to acquire a plurality of commodity electronic certificates, wherein each of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates is associated with a first ecommerce account on a first client terminal based on an Date Recue/Date Received 2022-04-12 associating request by the first ecommerce account, wherein the each of plurality of the commodity electronic certificates associated with the first ecommerce account includes at least commodity information, trade information, logistics information and are displayed on the first client terminal for displaying and disseminating corresponding commodity/service to be purchased via the Internet;
a commission commitment associating module, configured to select a target commodity electronic certificate according to a preset rule among the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates to attach a commission commitment onto the target commodity electronic certificate, wherein the commission commitment is generated by the server for incentivizing first client terminal to disseminate the target commodity electronic certificate, according to information of an account of a commitment payer and an amount of funds inputted by the commitment payer; and a commission commitment cashing module, configured to, when the server determined that the target commodity electronic certificate displayed on the first client terminal has been purchased by a second ecommerce account on a second client terminal within a preset time limit, detach the commission commitment from the target commodity electronic certificate for the first client terminal in order to cash the amount of funds of the commission commitment to the first ecommerce account by a financial institution server, wherein the commission commitment is associated with a payment electronic certificate triggered under a settlement condition for incentive transfer.
27. The computer device of claim 26 further includes a commission commitment unassociated module.
28. The computer device of claim 27, wherein the commission commitment unassociated module is configured to, where if a target commodity electronic certificate has not been purchased within a preset time limit, detach the commission commitment with the target commodity electronic certificate for disabling the amount of funds of the commission commitment to be cashed to the first ecommerce account.

The computer device of claim 26, wherein the commission commitment associating module is further configured to, where if the commission commitment has been detached by the server, select an other commodity electronic certificate as a new target commodity electronic certificate among the plurality of commodity electronic certificates to attach the commission commitment onto the new target commodity electronic certificate.

The computer device of any one of claims 26 to29, wherein the commission commitment associating module is further configured to select the target commodity electronic certificate according to a grade, a sales strength, a number of circulation times, ecommerce account activity and a post time of the target commodity electronic certificate.
31. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to30, wherein the commission commitment associating module is further configured to select the target commodity electronic certificate randomly from the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates.
32. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 31 further includes a commodity electronic certificate posting module.
33. The computer device of claim 32, wherein the commodity electronic certificate posting module is configured to post the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates to a network public platfomi for displaying.
34. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 33 further includes an ecommerce account associating module.
35. The computer device of claim 34, wherein the ecommerce account associating module is configured to:
receive a request for associating the first ecommerce account with one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates; and Date Recue/Date Received 2022-04-12 update the first ecommerce account on the first client terminal associated with the one of the plurality of the commodity electronic certificates.
36. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 35, wherein the commission commitment includes a payable commodity electronic certificate.
37. The computer device of claim 36, wherein the payable commodity electronic certificate is applied to product purchasing.
38. The computer device of claim 36, wherein the payable commodity electronic certificate is applied a mortgage guarantee.
39. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 38, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes a unique series number for purchasing a product.
40. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 39, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes product information.
41. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 40, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes trade information.
42. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 41, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes logistics information.
43. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 42, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes insurance information.
44. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 43, wherein the target commodity electronic certificate includes trade rules.
45. The computer device of any one of claims 26 to 44, wherein the commission commitment is applied as a sales rebate amount preset and deposited by an ecommerce merchant or a manufacturer.
