Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a method and device for disseminating product information, said method comprising the following steps: a server acquires at least two rebate commitment fragments associated with an electronic certificate of a product, as well as an e-commerce account associated with said rebate commitment fragments; the server determines whether the conditions for redemption are met by the rebate commitment fragments collected under said e-commerce account, and when the conditions for redemption are met, the rebate commitment is redeemed by the server for a client logged in by means of said e-commerce account. Thus, providing rebates to disseminating parties during the product information disseminating process gives a tremendous efficiency boost to the circulation and purchasing of product electronic certificates; moreover, e-commerce users are active participants in the circulation, and dissemination is carried out widely and efficiently by means of the Internet, thereby effectively improving the results and efficiency of the dissemination of product information .

The electronic certificate of product (or named object credit certificate) includes but not limited to the constituent elements shown in Figure 1.

When the electronic certificate of product triggered to purchase, the commission commitment corresponding to the triggered electronic certificate can be cashed.     The Claims
  1. [CLAIM 1] A method of disseminating product information, characterized in the method, comprises:
    a server acquires at least two fragments of commission commitment linked with an electronic certificate of product and E-commerce account linked with the fragments of commission commitment;
    the server identifies whether met the cashing condition according to the commission commitment fragments collected under the E-commerce account. If yes, the server cashes the amount of commission commitment via a client terminal logging in the E-commerce account.
  2. [CLAIM 2] The method of claim 1, characterized in the method, wherein the server identifying whether the commission commitment fragment corresponding to the electronic certificate collected under E-commerce account cashing condition is met, including:
    the server identifies whether each commission commitment fragment corresponding to the electronic certificate collected under E-commerce account has been purchased, if yes, identify the cashing condition is met. Or identify the cashing condition is not met.
  3. [CLAIM 3] The method of claim 2, characterized in the method, wherein the server identifying whether the commission commitment fragment corresponding to the electronic certificate collected under E-commerce account cashing condition is met, including:
    the server identifies whether each commission commitment fragment corresponding to the electronic certificate collected under E-commerce account has been purchased;
    if yes, identify whether the amount of commission commitment fragment greater or equal to the pre-set value, if yes, confirm the cashing condition is met. Or confirm the cashing condition is not met.
  4. [CLAIM 4] The method according to claim 1, characterized in the method, wherein the server identifying whether the commission commitment fragment corresponding to the electronic certificate collected under E-commerce account cashing condition is met, including:
    the server identifies whether each commission commitment fragment corresponding to the electronic certificate collected under E-commerce account has been purchased;
    if yes, identify whether the combination of commission commitment fragment is met with the pre-set condition; if yes, confirm the cashing condition is met. Or confirm the cashing condition is not met.
  5. [CLAIM 5] The method of any one of claim 1 to 4, characterized in the method, thereinto, the step of the server identifying whether the commission commitment fragment corresponding to the electronic certificate collected under E-commerce account cashing condition is met, including:
    when the cashing condition is met, the server confirms the type or grade of commission commitment according to amount of commission commitment fragments or combinations.
  6. [CLAIM 6] The method of any one of claim 1 to 4, characterized in the method, thereinto, the step of the server identifying whether the commission commitment fragment corresponding to the electronic certificate collected under E-commerce account cashing condition is met, including:
    when the cashing condition is not met, the server sends a prompt information logging on the client terminal of E-commerce account.
  7. [CLAIM 7] The method of claim 1, characterized in the method, before the step of a server acquiring at least two fragments of commission commitment linked with an electronic certificate of product and E-commerce account linked with the fragments of commission commitment, including:
    the server posts at least two electronic certificates of product and links commission commitment fragment on the electronic certificate and receives the request of linking the electronic certificate with the E-commerce account and updates the E-commerce account linked with the electronic certificate according to the linking request.

[CLAIM 8] The method of claim 7, thereinto, the server posts at least two electronic certificates of product and links the commission commitment fragments on the electronic certificate; or the server receives the commission commitment fragments and the linking command and links the received the commission commitment fragments with the electronic certificate according to the linking command.
  9. [CLAIM 9] The method of claim 7, after the step of updating the E-commerce account linked with the electronic certificate, including:
    the server sends the electronic certificate information of product to the first client logging in the first E-commerce account;
    the second client terminal acquires the electronic certificate information of product via the first client terminal;
    the server receives the request of linking the electronic certificate of product with the second E-commerce account sent by the second client terminal;
    the server links the electronic certificate of product with the second E-commerce account, and/or unlinks the electronic certificate of product with the first E-commerce account.
  10. [CLAIM 10] The method of claim 1, thereinto, before the step of the server acquiring at least two fragments of commission commitment linked with an electronic certificate of product and E-commerce account linked with the fragments of commission commitment, also including:
    the server posts at least two electronic certificates of product on the network public platform for displaying.

    the client terminal acquires electronic certificate information of product from the network public platform;
    the client terminal sends the request of linking electronic certificate with the E-commerce account;

    the server circulates the electronic certificate to the first client terminal logging in the E-commerce account for displaying.
  12. [CLAIM 12] The method of claim 11, wherein the second client terminal can acquire the electronic certificate information of product from the first client terminal.
  13. [CLAIM 13] The method of claim 1, wherein the commission commitment includes a payment electronic certificate, the server sets the transfer condition of payment electronic certificate.
  14. [CLAIM 14] A device of disseminating product information, characterized in the device, comprises an acquisition module and a commission commitment cashing module, thereinto:
    the acquisition module is configured to acquires at least two fragments of commission commitment related to an electronic certificate of product and E-commcrce account related to the fragments of commission commitment;
    the commission commitment cashing module is configured to identify whether met the cashing condition according to the commission commitment fragment collected under the E-commerce account. If yes, cash the amount of commission commitment via a client terminal logging in the E-commerce account.

[CLAIM 15] The device of claim 14, wherein the commission commitment cashing module includes a judging unit which is configured to identify whether each commission commitment fragment collected under the E-commerce account has been purchased, if yes, confirm the cashing condition is met. Or confirm the cashing condition is not met.

[CLAIM 16] The device of claim 14, wherein the commission commitment cashing module includes a judging unit which is configured to identify whether each commission commitmen fragment collected under the E-commerce account has been purchased; if yes, identify whether the amount of commission commitment fragment greater or equal to the pre-set value, if yes, confirm the cashing condition is met. Or confirm the cashing condition is not met.

[CLAIM 17] The device of claim 14, wherein the commission commitment cashing module includes a judging unit which is configured to identify whether each commission commitment fragment collected under the E-commerce account has been purchased; if yes, identify whether the combination of commission commitment fragment is met with the pre-set condition; if yes, confirm the cashing condition is met. Or confirm the cashing condition is not met.

[CLAIM 18] The device of any one of claim 14 to 17, wherein the commission commitment cashing module includes a confirmation unit, which is configured to confirm the type or grade of commission commitment according to amount of commission commitment fragments or combinations when the cashing condition is met.
  19. [CLAIM 19] The device of any one of claim 14 to 17, wherein the commission commitment cashing module includes a prompt unit, which is configured to send prompt information to the client terminal logging on the server of the E-commerce account.
  20. [CLAIM 20] The device of any one of claim 14 to 17, wherein the device includes a linking module of commission commitment, which is configured to link the commission commitment fragment on the electronic certificate.
