Abstract

A method for searching for an electronic transaction certificate, and an electronic transaction terminal. The method for searching for an electronic transaction certificate comprises: receiving a search keyword inputted by a user (S201); querying and outputting target electronic transaction terminal information corresponding to the search keyword (S202); receiving a target electronic transaction terminal information request selected by the user (S203); displaying an electronic transaction certificate corresponding to the target electronic transaction terminal information to the user (S204). The electronic transaction certificate is provided with a link of an order generation page, and the user directly enters the order generation page after clicking the link. The user directly finds an electronic transaction terminal corresponding to the electronic transaction certificate via a search engine, the electronic transaction certificate data structure of the electronic transaction terminal is rich, and the amount of information is large. The present invention solves the problems that article information data structures obtained by existing search methods are unitary, the amount of information is small, and a user is not able to directly perform ordering and paying.

Also, the delivery of transaction object and payment can be completed by this electronic transaction certificate.

[88] The examples of the present invention show the method of searching the electronic transaction certificate and the electronic transaction terminal. So that users can acquire the electronic transaction certificate directly via specific electronic transaction terminal on the basis of the search engine. The electronic transaction certificate is informative due to their rich data structures, including information related to attributes, transaction rules and settlement accounts of the transaction object. The electronic transaction certificate is also configured the link address with a webpage of order generation ,the user can trade with the transaction object's provider directly according to the data or the link of this electronic transaction certificate. Also, the delivery of transaction object and payment can be completed by this electronic transaction certificate.
[89] The foregoing descriptions are merely preferred examples of the present invention but not limited to the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in the protection of the present invention.

Claims (94)

Claims:
1. A computer-implemented method in a query terminal for searching an electronic transaction certificate to directly order a product and make a payment, the method comprising:
receiving a search keyword entered by a user;
querying information of an electronic transaction terminal corresponding to the search keyword;
receiving a request for the information of the electronic transaction terminal selected by the user; and showing the electronic transaction certificate corresponding to the information of the electronic transaction terminal to the user;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is configured to include a link address to a webpage for order generation, which is selected by the user to directly make a transaction with a transaction object provider without use of a third party ecommerce platform;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is configured to include the search keyword for querying;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate corresponds to one transaction object or that of a same category;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is a read-write electronic file that includes automated payment information related to attributes, transaction rules and settlement accounts of transaction object; and Date Recue/Date Received 2021-09-10 wherein the information of the electronic transaction terminal includes an identified tag, a keyword of the electronic transaction certificate, a link address of a showing interface.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the search keyword is inputted from a built-in search unit of the electronic transaction terminal or a search engine.
3. The method of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the search keyword is a product name or a service name which the user tends to purchase.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the search keyword is inputted without a purchasing intention of the user.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the search keyword is related information of the transaction object.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the search keyword is a name of the transaction object.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the search keyword is a function of the transaction object.
8. The method of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the search keyword is related information of the electronic transaction object terminal.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the search keyword is a name of the electronic transaction terminal.
10. The method of any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein the search keyword is analyzed for a purchasing intention of the user by the search engine.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein after the request for the information of the electronic transaction terminal selected by the user, the method further includes:

12. The method of claim 1, wherein the information of the electronic transaction terminal is stored and acquired in an electronic transaction terminal system from the transaction object provider.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the information of the electronic transaction terminal is queried in the electronic transaction terminal system maintained by a search engine.
14. The method of any one of claims 12 to 13, wherein the electronic transaction terminal system is also configured on the search engine.
15. The method of any one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the electronic transaction certificate is stored in an electronic transaction certificate system.
16. The method of any one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the electronic transaction certificate is generated in a device for generating the electronic transaction certificate by the transaction object provider.
17. The method of any one of claims 1 to 16, wherein the transaction object provider includes any one or more of a commodity manufacturer, a service provider, and an agent authorized by the commodity manufacturer or the service provider.
18. The method of any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the electronic transaction certificate includes a written electronic signature of the transaction object provider.
19. The method of any one of claims 1 to 18, wherein the electronic transaction certificate includes a written electronic signature of a payment institution corresponding with a settlement account.

20. The method of any one of claims 1 to 19, wherein the electronic transaction certificate is applied for ordering commodity service, making a payment and delivery directly.
21. The method of any one of claims 1 to 20, wherein the electronic transaction certificate is configured to be an electronic identification information of transaction object, wherein the electronic transaction certificate corresponds to one transaction object or that of the same category.
22. The method of claim 21, wherein the transaction object is associated with transaction obj ect information.
23. The method of any one of claim 21 to 22, wherein the transaction object information is input manually into a device for generating the electronic transaction certificate.
24. The method of any one of claims 21 to 23, wherein the transaction object information is imported through batch processing in an Enterprise Resource Planning system into a device for generating the electronic transaction certificate.
25. The method of any one of claims 21 to 24, wherein the transaction object information includes attribute information.
26. The method of claim 25, wherein the attribute information includes a size.
27. The method of any one of claims 25 to 26, wherein the attribute information includes a price.
28. The method of any one of claims 25 to 27, wherein the attribute information includes a weight.
29. The method of any one of claims 25 to 28, wherein the attribute information includes a production date.

31. The method of any one of claims 25 to 30, wherein the attribute information includes a manufacturer's information.

33. The method of any one of claims 21 to 32, wherein the transaction object information includes information of settlement accounts.
34. The method of claim 33, wherein the information of settlement account includes a bank account number.
35. The method of any one of claims 33 to 34, wherein the information of settlement account includes a bank account holder's name.
36. The method of any one of claims 33 to 35, wherein the information of settlement account includes contact information.
37. The method of any one of claims 21 to 35, wherein the transaction object information includes information of transaction rules.
38. The method of claim 37, wherein the information of transaction rules includes a payment method.
39. The method of any one of claims 37 to 38, wherein the information of transaction rules includes a refund policy.

41. The method of any one of claims 15 to 40, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is connected to the electronic transaction certificate system via the Internet.
42. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is configured as a computer.
43. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is configured as a user's terminal.
44. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is configured as a product manufacturer's terminal.
45. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is configured as a dealer's terminal.
46. The method of claim 1, wherein each electronic transaction terminal corresponds to the specific information of keyword for querying.
47. An electronic transaction terminal for searching an electronic transaction certificate to directly order a product and make a payment, comprising:
a search keyword receiving unit, including:
a port of a search engine, wherein the port of the search engine is configured to communicate between the electronic transaction terminal and the search engine;

a switch unit; and an electronic transaction certificate output unit;
wherein the search keyword receiving unit is configured to receive the search keyword entered by a user;
wherein the query and output unit is configured to query and output information of the electronic transaction terminal corresponding to the searched keyword in the electronic transaction terminal system;
wherein the switch unit is configured to receive a request for the information of the electronic transaction terminal selected by the user and switch a current operational interface to a showing interface in the electronic transaction terminal; and wherein the electronic transaction certificate output unit is configured to output an electronic transaction certificate corresponding to the information of the electronic transaction terminal to the user;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is configured to include a link address to a webpage for order generation, which is selected by the user to directly make a transaction with a transaction object provider without use of a third-party ecommerce platform;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is configured to include the search keyword for querying;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate corresponds to one transaction object or that of a same category;

48. The terminal of claim 47, the electronic transaction terminal is further configured to:
input a search keyword for searching the electronic transaction certificate;
display information of the electronic transaction terminal corresponding to the search keyword;
select the information of the electronic transaction terminal through a link address of the showing interface;
send a request for information of the electronic transaction terminal;
show the electronic transaction certificate corresponding to the information of the electronic transaction terminal;
select the link address of the webpage for order generation from the electronic transaction certificate;
order the transaction object based on the electronic transaction certificate;
and make a payment based on the electronic transaction certificate.
49. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 48, the terminal is further configured to:

set up one or more connection groups between the terminal and the at least second terminal;
post the electronic transaction certificate in the connection groups; and trade the electronic transaction certificate amongst connection group users.
50. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 49, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is connected to the search engine via the Internet.
51. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 50, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is connected to the second electronic transaction terminal via the Internet.
52. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 51, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is connected to an electronic transaction certificate system via the Internet.
53. The terminal of claim 47, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is configured as a computer.
54. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 53, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is configured as a user's terminal.
55. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 53, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is configured as a product manufacturer's terminal.
56. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 53, wherein the electronic transaction terminal is configured as a dealer's terminal.

57. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 56, wherein each electronic transaction terminal corresponds to the specific information of keyword for querying.

59. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 58, wherein the search keyword is a product name or a service name which the user tends to purchase.

64. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 63, wherein the search keyword is related information of the electronic transaction object terminal.
65. The terminal of claim 64, wherein the search keyword is a name of the electronic transaction object terminal.
66. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 65, wherein the search keyword is analyzed for a purchasing intention of the user by the search engine.

70. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 69, wherein the electronic transaction certificate is generated in a device for generating the electronic transaction certificate by the transaction object provider.
71. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 70, wherein the transaction object provider includes any one or more of a commodity manufacturer, a service provider, and an agent authorized by the commodity manufacturer or the service provider.
72. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 71, wherein the electronic transaction certificate includes a written electronic signature of the transaction object provider.
73. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 72, wherein the electronic transaction certificate includes a written electronic signature of a payment institution corresponding with a settlement account.
74. The terminal of any one of claims 47 to 73, wherein the electronic transaction certificate is applied for ordering commodity service, making a payment and delivery directly.
