Abstract
Il est décrit un système et un procédé pour réguler la température de l'air d'un bâtiment au moyen d'un plan de régulation basé sur un délai cible. Le système comprend un dispositif de commande qui peut être connecté à plusieurs unités de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation intérieures et extérieures. Le système comprend au moins un équipement d'un système de ventilation et de climatisation, au moins un parmi des thermostats ou des capteurs de température, et un dispositif de commande. Le dispositif de commande comprend un module de communication pour échanger des données avec au moins un dispositif et une interface d'équipement conçue pour communiquer des signaux de commande auxdits un ou plusieurs équipements. Le procédé consiste à élaborer un plan de régulation pour atteindre une température souhaitée dans un délai cible. Le procédé consiste également à mettre à jour le plan en comparant le délai actuel pour atteindre la température souhaitée avec le délai cible.
