Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour convertir des hydrocarbures en C5 acycliques en cyclopentadiène consistant à : introduire dans la ou les zones de réaction adiabatique une charge comprenant des hydrocarbures en C5 acycliques à une température, Ti, la ou les zones de réaction adiabatique comprenant un premier matériau particulaire comprenant un matériau catalyseur; mettre en contact la charge et le premier matériau particulaire dans la ou les zones de réaction adiabatique dans des conditions réactionnelles permettant de convertir au moins une partie des hydrocarbures en C5 acycliques en un premier effluent comprenant des intermédiaires de cyclopentadiène, des hydrocarbures en C5 acycliques non convertis, et, optionnellement, du cyclopentadiène; chauffer le premier effluent à une température T2; introduire le premier effluent dans la ou les zones de réaction diabatique; et mettre en contact le premier effluent et un second matériau particulaire comprenant un matériau catalyseur dans la ou les zones de réaction diabatique dans des conditions réactionnelles permettant de convertir au moins une partie des intermédiaires de cyclopentadiène et les hydrocarbures en C5 acycliques non convertis en un second effluent comprenant du cyclopentadiène.
