Abstract

Disclosed are a method and device for searching for a mobile terminal, the method comprising: receiving a target terminal acquisition request sent by a mobile terminal; according to position information of the mobile terminal, determining a positioning area in which the mobile terminal is located; determining a target terminal located in a positioning area within a preset range of the positioning area in which the mobile terminal is located; sending information of the determined target terminal to the mobile terminal. The present invention reduces the storage space required for a server to save mobile terminal position information, and rapidly searches for a target terminal according to the positioning areas, thereby increasing the searching efficiency.

measurements require a long time of synchronization when activated, and since servers, such as server platforms that manage multiple mobile terminals, store latitude and longitude information of the mobile terminal, for the case of managing a large number of mobile users under the server requires massive storage space. At the same time, it is more difficult to find nearby mobile terminals in these data.

Claims (21)

Claims:
1. A system for searching for a target terminal in an electronic transaction, the system comprising:
a mobile terminal configured to send a request to a server for acquiring a plurality of target terminals wherein the plurality of the target terminals are required to be located in a positioning area and/or an adjacent area around the mobile terminal according to a predetermined range; and the server configured to:
determine the positioning area where the mobile terminal is physically located according to locafion information of the mobile terminal, to select the plurality of the target terminals located in the positioning area to improve a search accuracy for the plurality of the target terminals located physically nearby to the mobile terminal, when receiving the request from the mobile terminal for acquiring the plurality of the target terminals, wherein the positioning area is the one of a plurality of positioning areas pre-divided from an area by the server;
where if a number of the plurality of the target terminals in the positioning area is insufficient in terms of a density of the plurality of the target terminals, further determine the adjacent area around the positioning area of the mobile terminal to select the plurality of the target terminals located in the adjacent area, according to the predetermined range; and send information of the plurality of the target terminals in the positioning area and/or the adjacent area to the mobile terminal, to enable the mobile terminal to determine distances between each of the plurality of the target terminals and the mobile terminal, and to sort the plurality of the target terminals that the distances are located from the nearest to the farthest for displaying, in order to Date Recue/Date Received 2022-07-25 quicldy search out the plurality of the target terminals located in the positioning area and/or the adjacent area and improve search accuracy for the plurality of the target terminals located physically nearby to the mobile terminals.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the server is configured on an e-commerce transaction platform.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the the adjacent area is determined according to a parameter.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the parameter includes a population density.
5. The system of any one of claims 3 to 4, wherein the parameter includes a system capacity.
6. The system of any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the parameter includes the density of a plurality of target terminals in the positioning area.
7. The system of claim 1 further includes pre-dividing the area into the plurality of the positioning areas according to latitude and longitude to make sure each size of the plurality of the positioning areas is equal.
8. The system of claim 1, further includes selecting the plurality of the target terminals according to the predetermined range when the number of the plurality of the target terminals in the positioning area of the mobile terminal is sufficient in terms of the density of the plurality of the target terminals, wherein the plurality of the target terminals is located in the positioning area of the mobile terminal.
9. A method for searching for a target terminal in an electronic tTansaction, the method including:

determining the positioning area where the mobile terminal is physically located according to location information of the mobile terminal, to select the plurality of the target terminals located in the positioning area to improve a search accuracy for the plurality of the target terminals located physically nearby to the mobile terminals, wherein the positioning area is the one of a plurality of positioning areas pre-divided from an area by a server;
where if a number of the plurality of the target terminals in the positioning area is insufficient in terms of a density of the plurality of the target terminals, further determining adjacent area around the positioning area of the mobile terminal, according to the predetermined range, to select the plurality of target terminals located in the adjacent area according to the predetermined range; and sending information of the plurality of the taxget terminals in the positioning area and/or the adjacent area to the mobile terminal, to enable the mobile terminal to determine distances between each of the plurality of target terminals and the mobile terminal, and to sort the plurality of the target terminals that distances are located from the nearest to the farthest for displaying, in order to quickly search out the plurality of the target terminals located in the positioning area and/or the adjacent area and improve search accuracy for the plurality of the target terminals located physically nearby to the mobile terminals.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the adjacent area is determined according to a parameter.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the parameter includes a population density.

12. The method of any one of claims 10 to 11, wherein the parameter includes a system capacity.
13. The method of any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein the parameter includes the density of a plurality of target terminals in the positioning area.
14. The method of claim 9 further includes pre-dividing an area into a plurality of positioning areas according to latitude and longitude to make sure each size of the plurality of the positioning areas is equal.

The method of claim 9 further includes selecting the plurality of the target terminals according to the predetermined range when the number of the plurality of the target terminals in the positioning area of the mobile terminal is sufficient in terms of the density of the plurality of the target terminals, wherein the plurality of the target terminals is located in the positioning area of the mobile terminal.
16. A device for searching for a target terminal in an electronic transaction, the device including:
a receiving module, configured to receive a request for acquiring a plurality of target terminals wherein the plurality of the target terminals are required to be located in a positioning area and an adjacent area around a mobile teiminal according to a predetermined range;
a query module configured to:
determine the positioning area where the mobile terminal is physically located according to location information of the mobile terminal, to select the plurality of the target terminals located in the positioning area, in response to the request received by the receiving module, wherein the positioning area is the one of a plurality of positioning areas pre-divided from an area by a server;
and Date Recue/Date Received 2022-07-25 where if a number of the plurality of the target terminals in the positioning area is insufficient in terms of a density of the plurality of the target terminals, further determine the adjacent area around the positioning area of the mobile terminal, to select the plurality of the target terminals located in the adjacent area according to the predetermined range; and a delivery module configured to send information of the plurality of the target terminals in the positioning area and/or the adjacent area to the mobile terminal, to enable the mobile terminal to determine distances between each of the plurality of the target terminals and the mobile terminal, and to sort the plurality of the target terminals that the distances are located from the nearest to the farthest for displaying, in order to quickly search out the plurality of the target terminals located in the positioning area and/or the adjacent area and improve search accuracy for the plurality of the target terminals located physically nearby to the mobile terminals.
17. The device of claim 16 further includes an executing module configured to determine the predetermined range according to a parameter of the adjacent area around the positioning area of the mobile terminal.
18. The device of claim 17, wherein the parameter of the adjacent area around the positioning area of the mobile terminal includes a population density.
19. The device of any one of claims 17 to 18, wherein the parameter of the adjacent area around the positioning area of the mobile terminal includes a system capacity.
20. The device of any one of claims 17 to 19, wherein the parameter of the adjacent area around the positioning area of the mobile terminal includes the density of a plurality of target terminals in the positioning area.
21.
