Abstract
La présente invention concerne un endoscope pour réséquer un tissu au niveau d'un site chirurgical, ledit endoscope comprenant un corps tubulaire allongé pouvant être inséré à l'intérieur d'une cavité mammalienne d'un patient. Un canal d'instrument s'étend entre une première ouverture au niveau d'une extrémité distale et une seconde ouverture au niveau d'une extrémité proximale du corps tubulaire et est dimensionné et conçu pour recevoir un ensemble de coupe chirurgical qui comprend un canal d'aspiration conçu pour retirer la matière pénétrant dans l'endoscope par l'intermédiaire d'une extrémité distale de l'ensemble de coupe chirurgicale. Un composant de génération de couple conçu pour générer un couple est positionné à l'intérieur de l'extrémité distale et conçu pour fournir le couple généré à un composant de couplage. Le composant de couplage est positionné au niveau de l'extrémité distale de l'élément tubulaire allongé et conçu pour actionner un composant de coupe de l'ensemble de coupe chirurgicale en réponse à l'actionnement du composant de génération de couple.
