Abstract

Un système et un procédé de séparation dhydrocarbures sont décrits pour séparer le solvant de fluides mélangés extraits dune formation souterraine. Le système de séparation comprend une principale chambre de séparation, un circuit de rebouilleur et un circuit de reflux en plusieurs étapes. La principale chambre de séparation sépare les entrées de liquide dans des liquides de fond et des vapeurs supérieurs. Le circuit de rebouilleur sépare les liquides de fond reçus de la principale chambre de séparation dans le solvant purifié et une fraction de vapeur de rebouilleur. Le circuit de reflux en plusieurs étapes reçoit les vapeurs supérieurs de la principale chambre de séparation et sépare le solvant des vapeurs supérieures en deux étapes. La première étape sépare un premier liquide de reflux des vapeurs supérieures et passe du premier liquide de reflux à la principale chambre de séparation. La seconde étape reçoit des vapeurs supérieures qui demeurent à la première étape, sépare le solvant de celles-ci, passe du solvant séparé à la principale chambre de séparation, et laisse échapper toutes les vapeurs qui restent.
