Abstract
Linvention concerne un échangeur de chaleur à tuyau de vidange horizontal ayant un tuyau de vidange composite à lintérieur dun logement tubulaire plus court avec un espace annulaire entre eux et une entrée et une sortie pour un deuxième fluide tel que de leau potable. Le tuyau de vidange comprend un segment de tube en plastique avec un débattement et des évidements le long des deux bords. Une bande métallique concave forme un pont sur le débattement et est scellée dans les évidements. Une deuxième bande peut être nichée contre elle. Un joint compressible en une pièce dans lespace annulaire est en contact conjoint avec la marge périmétrique de la bande et le logement renfermant lentrée et la sortie, pour ainsi créer des espaces arqués supérieur et inférieur. Un sabot de compression est poussé dans lespace supérieur comprimant le joint et étanchéifiant lespace inférieur, créant un conduit pour leau potable. La deuxième bande possède des évents ouverts vers lair ambiant pour la détection de fuites. Linvention concerne également la répartition découlement et la génération de turbulences dans larc de conduit.
