Abstract

Un plancher vibratoire se compose de modules agitateurs protégés contre la pénétration de la poussière et capables de vider des produits cohésifs. Les volumes intérieurs de chacun de modules sont reliés à un volume dair ou de gaz propre par un conduit. Après le premier rang, chaque module comprend un dispositif antipression composé dune plaque antipression disposée au-dessus du carter de moteur, soutenue par deux brides qui reposent sur des pièces immobiles situées des deux côtés du module. Les modules ainsi formés sont protégés contre la pénétration de la poussière et sont capables de vider efficacement tout produit cohésif dans des silos, des récipients, des wagons ou nimporte quel autre contenant, et ce, sans intervention humaine ou mécanisée.
