Abstract
La présente invention concerne un fil simple, un produit en fil simple et un procédé de préparation correspondant, le procédé de préparation du fil simple consistant à : faire converger ou converger et torsader un film mince ou une bande en polyéthylène de poids moléculaire ultra-haut pour obtenir le fil simple. Le produit en fil simple comprend au moins un corps préparé à partir du fil simple susmentionné. Le fil simple obtenu en faisant converger ou converger et torsader un film mince ou une bande en polyéthylène de poids moléculaire ultra-haut dans la présente invention remplace les traditionnelles fibres de polyéthylène de poids moléculaire ultra-haut dans le développement et la préparation de divers produits. En plus des avantages de résistance à l'usure, au choc, à la corrosion et aux UV et analogues, qui sont similaires à ceux des fibres de polyéthylène de poids moléculaire ultra-haut, le fil simple a les avantages uniques d'une bonne intégralité structurale, d'une résistance mécanique élevée, d'un rapport d'utilisation de la résistance élevé, d'une efficacité de production élevée, d'un faible coût de traitement, d'un poids léger, d'une basse densité linéaire, etc. Le fil simple peut donc remplacer les traditionnelles fibres de polyéthylène de poids moléculaire ultra-haut dans la préparation de divers produits et a un domaine d'application très large.
