Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к однониточной пряже, продукту на основе однониточной пряжи и способу их получения, при этом указанный способ получения однониточной пряжи включает сужение или сужение и свивку тонкой пленки или ленты из ультравысокомолекулярного полиэтилена с получением однониточной пряжи. Продукт на основе однониточной пряжи содержит, по меньшей мере, тело, полученное из упомянутой выше однониточной пряжи. В настоящем изобретении однониточная пряжа, полученная путем сужения или сужения и свивки тонких пленок или лент из ультравысокомолекулярного полиэтилена, заменяет традиционные волокна из ультравысокомолекулярного полиэтилена, что позволяет разрабатывать и получать различные продукты. Наряду с преимуществами в виде сопротивления износу, ударной прочности, коррозионной стойкости, стойкости к ультрафиолетовым лучам и т.п., которые аналогичны подобным характеристикам волокон из ультравысокомолекулярного полиэтилена, однониточная пряжа также имеет уникальные преимущества в виде хорошей структурной целостности, высокой прочности, высокого коэффициента использования прочности, высокой производственной эффективности, низких затрат на обработку, небольшой массы, маленькой линейной плотности и т.п., и соответственно однониточная пряжа может заменить традиционные волокна из ультравысокомолекулярного полиэтилена при получении различных продуктов и имеет очень широкую область применения.
