Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions de complément oral de vitamine D, topiques, utiles dans le traitement d'une inflammation orale, comprenant de la vitamine D sous une forme d'émulsion non aqueuse, contenant un facilitateur d'absorption muqueuse transbuccale, ladite émulsion formant un revêtement muco-adhésif en présence de la salive ; la dissolution par la salive du gel muco-adhésif libérant la vitamine D et le facilitateur d'absorption muqueuse transbuccale ; la réalisation d'une diffusion passive de vitamine D ; la régulation de la disponibilité in vivo et de la réponse immunitaire de vitamine D ; et la conservation de taux adéquats de vitamine D circulante tout en rendant minimal le risque d'hypercalcémie.
