Abstract
Un aspect de la présente invention porte sur un procédé d'application d'un agent de cohésion de joint d'étanchéité à froid pour l'emballage de produits, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à délivrer un adhésif de joint d'étanchéité à froid à une raclette à chambre disposée au voisinage d'un rouleau de transfert rotatif, à transférer une quantité d'adhésif à une surface de transfert, à faire tourner le rouleau de transfert de façon à venir en contact avec une matrice d'impression montée sur un rouleau de matrice rotatif, de telle sorte qu'au moins une première partie de la quantité d'adhésif est transférée à la matrice d'impression, d'avance d'un boîtier entre le rouleau de matrice et un rouleau d'impression rotatif adjacent, de rotation du rouleau de matrice de telle sorte que la matrice d'impression vient en contact avec le boîtier et transfère une partie de la quantité d'adhésif à partir de la matrice d'impression jusqu'au boîtier, et de séchage de l'adhésif sur le boîtier, l'adhésif étant un adhésif à base de latex non poisseux avec une viscosité qui n'est pas supérieure à 450 centipoises.
