Abstract

After two years of research and studying the international market and available technology regarding aqua breeding. The author of the patent application, Dr. Maan Zarka, PHd has completed initial research to produce fish and shrimp and other aqua animal in a portable super intensive containerised modules for speedy production, portability as well as affordability. The unit will have all the equipment needed to sustain marine life based on turn on key only.
There is no such solution available out there at this moment.

Description

Application 2866462 Description MODULAR SUPER INTENSIVE AQUA FARMING:
MODULAR SUPER INTENSIVE AQUA FARMING consists of multi tray breeding carrier for aqua installed one of the top the other. All connected to sophisticated water cleaning and filtration system including oxygen supply, water balance, temperature control, water circulation, water aeration and feeding system as well as monitoring unit for the system connected online for remote control. This modular system can be increased to produce more based on the requirement and can be fit in any warehousing or greenhouse. It's extremely simple to install and provide zero pollution for the environment.

Scope and Characteristics It is a new approach to use healthy, clean water by utilising the volume of that water and the quality of water to produce .cndot. a big number of shrimps .cndot. healthier shrimp for human consumption The new approach will enable the production of shrimps in confined area for maximum production enabling the producer to control the environments where the shrimp goes to a maximum which lead to sustainable and regular production utilising a very small surface as well as volume.
The combined water trace in this system can be increased vertically and horizontally to increase or decrease the production based on the need. This new equipment can be installed in any warehousing or green house eliminating the prime lands on sea shores and in warm areas and make the production available in areas wouldn't traditionally be able to produce the shrimp because of the weather restriction.
The system consists of the following elements:
1. Five holding trays to produce shrimp in different age stage
2. Filtration, temperature control, aeration, Algae's, nitrogen and salinity control equipment to provide ultimate environment for optimal growth for the animal.
3. Feeding equipment by spreading for continuous feeding to create the growth needed
4. Cleaning arm in each tank to maintain the healthy environment
5. Harvesting valves to collect the ready shrimp for processing Structure and description The final product installed at the production facility will consist of .cndot. Five trays 36x 8x1 Ft and 48 x8 x1 Ft installed horizontally one above each other. Two trays establish one unit.
.cndot. Two units can be installed above each other totalling up to 10 trays if required.
.cndot. One sleeve for each tray to breed the animal in for clean and sanitized production .cndot. Leaning arm in each tray for environment control equipment:
a. Filtration b. Aeration c. Nitrogen control d. Temperature control e. Water circulation f. Salinity control g. Software enabling remote control and observation of the unit
