Abstract

Des graphes de réseau de reconnaissance sont utilisés pour transmettre des annonces de reconnaissance dans toute l'organisation qui, à son tour, promeut un climat organisationnel positif et les valeurs de l'organisation et aide les dirigeants à déterminer des employés qui sont critiques pour le succès passé et futur de leurs initiatives professionnelles même lorsque ces employés ne sont pas dans leur hiérarchie organisationnelle traditionnelle ou sous leurs ordres. Le graphe de réseau de reconnaissance met en valeur des connexions entre des employés qui ne sont pas évidentes d'elles-mêmes dans les tableaux d'organisation traditionnels. Le graphe de réseau de reconnaissance peut illustrer comment des objectifs de l'entreprise sont accomplis via des connexions d'employés formelles et informelles.
