Abstract

Un dispositif de sécurité à fermeture rapide destiné à un système de distribution de gaz comprend un corps de soupape et un carter supérieur monté au corps de soupape. Linvention comprend également un diaphragme placé entre le corps de soupape et le carter supérieur, au moins une partie du diaphragme étant déplaçable dans une partie intérieure du corps de soupape et dans une partie intérieure du carter supérieur, le diaphragme ayant un premier côté exposé à la pression du système de gaz. Un premier ressort et un second ressort sont placés à lintérieur du carter supérieur, le premier ressort et le second ressort exerçant des forces élastiques respectives sur un second côté du diaphragme opposé à la pression du système de gaz. Un piston est connecté au premier côté du diaphragme. Une came est montée de manière rotative à lintérieur du corps de soupape, la came possédant un premier bras, un deuxième bras et un troisième bras, le premier bras étant en contact avec le piston. Un verrou mettant en prise le premier bras, le verrou conçu pour être connecté à un clapet de soupape à fermeture rapide, dans lequel le mouvement du piston soit vers ou séloignant de la came fait tourner la came et libère le verrou, créant ainsi un dispositif amélioré.
