La présente invention concerne des séquences dADN purifié et isolé présentant une activité daccroissement de la production de protéines, et plus particulièrement lutilisation de régions dattachement à la matrice (MAR) pour accroître lactivité de production de protéines dans une cellule eucaryote. Un procédé pour lidentification de ces régions actives, en particulier de séquences nucléotidiques MAR, ainsi que lutilisation de ces séquences MAR actives caractérisées dans un nouveau procédé de transfection multiple, est également décrit.
