4 With reference to FIG. 6, the second embodiment of the invention is represented with its arm 13 unfolded. The arm 13 has a lower part 13a in U, whose crossbar allows docking or lifting of load.
The U-shaped lower part is connected to two members 13b, 13c to which it is articulated via two cylinders 13d and 13e.
The assembly is pivotally mounted on the plate 12 for receiving the load.
The invention also covers the embodiment variant not shown according to which the plate 12 is completely free and has no arms 13.
The invention also covers any other variant not shown comprising another gripping or handling member than the arm 13.
With reference to FIG. 7, technical means of propulsion and ballast are intended for the implementation of the invention and in particular to equip especially the first and second embodiments of the invention.
The technical means of propulsion and ballast comprise in part lower a plurality of batteries or accumulators 20, powered or charged by a single hydrogen engine 21a or 21b or both engines to hydrogen 21a and 21b.
Each hydrogen engine 21a or 21b is powered by an air tank tablet 22a or 22b and a hydrogen tank 23a or 23b.
Each compressed air reservoir 22a or 22b can be connected to a system of unrepresented air regeneration ensuring autonomy in operation underwater the boat according to the invention.
A ballast 24a or 24b is advantageously arranged on each side of the elements 21a, 22a, 23a and 21b, 22b, 23b, preferably mounted and respectively in alignment.
A command and control station may be located near a hydrogen engine 21a or 21b.
A turbine 30a or 30b suction and ejection ensures the function of propulsion and steering by water jets. For this purpose, each turbine 24a or 24b is connected by one or more conduits 25 to a group of vacuum extractors 26a, 27a, 28a, 29a or 26b, 27b, 28b, 29b.
The extractor extractors 26a, 26b and 29a, 29b mainly provide the propulsion in forward or reverse.
The extractor extractors 27a, 27b and 28a, 28b provide the steering and the raising of the boat according to the invention.
Preferably, the turbines 30a or 30b are connected to the ballasts 24a and 24b to ensure the immersion or the ascent of the boat according to the invention.
The turbines 30a or 30b are connected, at least at their outputs to the exhaust of each hydrogen engine 21a or 21b, so as to evacuate and diluting the water produced in the exhaust of the hydrogen engines 21a and 21b.
The turbines 30a or 30b can also advantageously be connected to the regeneration systems of the boat according to the invention during the operation in ejection, so as to extract and dilute liquid waste or gases vitiated out of the boat according to the invention.
Thus, according to the invention, the technical means of propulsion and ballast are doubled so as to allow satisfactory operation, even in case of failure of an element of the port or starboard alignment.
In this In this case, the element remaining in working order provides the function of the element defective in power and / or energy. Also, in case of failure a turbine 30a or 30b, the remaining turbine 30b or 30a is placed in communication with all extractor-extractors and ballasts by a connection appropriate.
The doubling of the technical means thus makes it possible, in case of failure, operation of the boat according to the invention, possibly at a speed scaled down, or at a reduced rate, or in a degraded mode of operation.
Thus, thanks to the invention, a rapid underwater intervention becomes possible without respecting decompression stops, while allowing long-term parking in depth, thanks to the cooperation of the means of propulsion by suction and ejection with the exhaust means and / or regeneration of the boat according to the invention.
The invention described with reference to several embodiments is not by no means limited, but on the contrary covers any change in form and all variant embodiment within the scope and spirit of the invention.
