Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'exercice pour danse aérobique de type step, jeux et entraînement proprioceptif. Ledit dispositif comprend une plate-forme rigide supportée par une paroi latérale tubulaire gonflable résiliente. La paroi latérale peut être constituée d'un seul tube ou de plusieurs éléments tubulaires disposés les uns sur les autres. La pression de gonflage des parois latérales permet de régler la résilience, ce qui permet de corriger l'instabilité de la plate-forme dans les directions horizontale et verticale. L'instabilité dans la direction verticale permet aux utilisateurs d'obtenir un effet d'amortissement dans un exercice de danse aérobique de type step alors que l'instabilité dans les deux directions offre aux utilisateurs un moyen de se déplacer et de s'exercer sur la plate-forme afin d'effectuer un entraînement proprioceptif.
