Abstract

A temperature rise power command generating section (54) generates a temperature rise power command value (P) for delivering power to/from a power storage device during temperature rise control of the power storage device. The temperature rise power command generating section (54) outputs the temperature rise power command value (P) to a current control section (56-1) and outputs a command value (-P) obtained by reversing the sign of the temperature rise power command value (P) to a current control section (56-2). The current control section (56-1) performs current control based on a first current command value (PB1) and the temperature rise power command value (P), and the current control section (56-2) performs current control based on a second current command value (PB2) and the command value (-P) obtained by reversing the sign of the temperature rise power command value (P).
