Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de traitement de liquides. Ce système comporte: un canal ouvert pour recevoir un écoulement de liquide et une zone de traitement de liquide. La zone de traitement de liquide comporte une pluralité d'ensembles source de rayonnement de forme allongée orientés de sorte que : (i) un axe longitudinal de chaque ensemble source de rayonnement est transversale à un sens d'écoulement de liquide dans la zone de liquide, et (ii) qu'une extrémité de chaque ensemble source de rayonnement est disposée au-dessus d'un niveau maximum prédéterminé d'écoulement de liquide dans le canal ouvert. Une première chicane est disposée en amont de la zone de traitement. La première chicane est positionnée de sorte que son extrémité distale se trouve en-dessous du niveau maximum prédéterminé d'écoulement de liquide dans le canal ouvert. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, ce système de traitement de liquide comporte une zone dans laquelle un système de traitement pour les ensembles source de rayonnement peut être rangé lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé. Dans ladite position rangée, il est possible d'accéder facilement au système de traitement pour l'entretien, par exemple, sans agir sur l'écoulement de liquide dans la zone de traitement et du système de traitement de liquide. Cela représente un avantage important du système de traitement de liquide.
