Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire efficacement des cellules souches pluripotentes artificielles qui comprend l'étape consistant à procéder à une initialisation de noyaux au moyen d'un facteur d'initialisation de noyaux en présence d'un miARN, le miARN ayant les caractéristiques suivantes : (a) il est exprimé dans les cellules souches embryonnaires à un plus haut niveau que dans les cellules somatiques ; et (b) une efficacité d'initialisation de noyaux plus élevée a été établie en présence du miARN qu'en son absence.
