Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une pulpe mécanique, le procédé comprenant les opérations consistant à -introduire une matière première de la pulpe mécanique, - affiner la matière première dans une première étape d'affinage afin de former la pulpe mécanique, - ajuster le pH de la pulpe mécanique entre 9 et 11 dans une étape de traitement dans laquelle un premier retard de traitement est agencé, le premier retard de traitement étant au moins de 0,5 heure, - trier la pulpe mécanique en un premier stock accepté (A1) et un premier stockage rejeté (R1), - traiter à l'ozone le premier stock rejeté (R1) dont le pH au début du traitement d'ozonisation est entre 9 et 11, - affiner le premier stock rejeté traité à l'ozone (R1) dans une seconde étape d'affinage, de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie de celui-ci appartiendra à un second stock accepté, et - combiner les stocks acceptés. La présente invention porte également sur l'utilisation de la pulpe mécanique.
