Abstract
Un système et une méthode de réalisation déconomie de carburant consistent à utiliser un dispositif de commande de signaux relié à létranglement dun véhicule et à un capteur de masse pour capter une masse dun chargement porté par le véhicule. Quand le capteur capte que la masse se trouve dans une plage prédéterminée de masses sous une valeur de masse de charge prédéterminée, le dispositif de commande de signaux réduit la plage de puissance de sortie du moteur. La plage de puissance de sortie non modifiée du moteur et la plage de puissance de sortie modifiée du moteur sétendent dune puissance de sortie minimale de moteur à, respectivement, une puissance de sortie maximale de moteur non modifiée et à une puissance de sortie maximale de moteur modifiée inférieures à la puissance de sortie du moteur non modifiée et, par conséquent, nécessitent moins de carburant. Par conséquent, la plage de puissance de sortie du moteur, et notamment la puissance de sortie maximale du moteur disponible, est réduite quand la masse se situe dans la plage de masse prédéterminée, réduisant ainsi la consommation de carburant comparativement à la plage de puissance de sortie du moteur non modifiée.
