Abstract
Poche pour stomie (10) constituée d'une paroi avant (12) et d'une paroi arrière (14) dotée d'une ouverture pour stomie (18). Une ou plusieurs capsules pouvant être rompues (24) sont situées sur un support ou fixées à une paroi intermédiaire (44) soudée aux parois avant et arrière par un joint de soudure ordinaire (16). Au besoin, une capsule (24) peut être rompue en pressant ensemble les parois de la poche à cet endroit pour en disséminer le contenu (par exemple un agent désodorisant, un désinfectant ou un agent de conservation). Dans un mode de réalisation, le support ne couvre pas la stomie. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le contenu est disséminé sur le côté faisant face à la paroi avant (12) et le rideau (44) protège la stomie (18) pour empêcher l'agent de gicler ou d'entrer en contact avec la stomie. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, une ou plusieurs capsules pouvant être rompues peuvent être disposées sur la paroi avant (12) ou sur la paroi arrière (14). Plusieurs capsules (24) peuvent contenir différents agents. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, une ou plusieurs capsules à dissolution automatique, en gélatine par exemple, peuvent être introduites dans la poche pour disséminer un agent réagissant aux conditions ambiantes dans la poche (comme la température ou l'humidité).
