Abstract

Selon l'invention, une conception imparfaite d'un anneau de renforcement (8) ou de parties identiques des aubes (7) de turbines à vapeur/gaz, y compris les joints d'étanchéité contigus, sont à l'origine d'une baisse de la fiabilité et de l'efficacité. Ces lacunes sont éliminées grâce à des trous latéraux forés dans l'anneau de renforcement et les aubes (7). Le transfert de vapeur par les trous (12) de l'anneau de renforcement donne lieu à l'allègement du gradient de pression à la surface de l'anneau de renforcement (8) et empêche la formation d'oxyde métallique, de sel et d'autres dépôts sur les surfaces intérieures de l'anneau de renforcement (8). La quantité et le diamètre des trous (12), ainsi que leur dépôt correspondant et les valeurs de jeux radiaux dans les joints d'étanchéité bombés (4, 5) de l'anneau régulent leur efficacité.
