Claims (5)
- 据付ハウジングと、内側円板、外側囲い並びに前記内側円板及び前記外側囲いの間に設けた複数の翼を有するローター部材とを備えた蒸気若しくはガスで作動する軸流フロー流体機械であって、
前記外側囲いの少なくとも一部分に、複数の貫通孔(12)を形成し、
前記囲いのシールに第1、第2の隆起(4、5)の半径シール隙間(h1、h2)を設け、
前記第2の隆起上の半径シール隙間(h2)を前記第1の隆起上の半径シール隙間(h1)よりも小さくし、前記半径シール隙間で形成される囲い室(11)を通過する蒸気の流速を特定範囲内に調整することにより、前記貫通孔を蒸気又はガスが半径方向内側に通過して前記外側囲いの内面への金属・塩酸化物の形成を防ぐことを特徴とする軸流フロー流体機械。 - 前記複数の貫通孔は、前記外側囲いの前記部分に均一に分布していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸流フロー流体機械。
- 前記複数の貫通孔は、前記外側囲いの前記部分上に千鳥状に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸流フロー流体機械。
- 前記複数の貫通孔は、その直径dが、次式:
d=2・((0.02/0.50)・Sk/n・π) 1/2
(式中、nは前記貫通孔の数を表し、そしてSKは前記外側囲いの表面積を表す)
に一致するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸流フロー流体機械。 - 前記外側囲いの外側表面または前記外側囲いの半径方向に面する前記据付ハウジングの内面に位置する2個のシールエレメントを含む囲いシールを備え、
前記シールエレメントは、前記ローター部材と前記ハウジングとの間に、上流側、下流側の2個の半径隙間(h1、h2)を有し、前記下流側半径隙間(h2)は前記上流側半径隙間(h1)より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸流フロー流体機械。
