Abstract

Un dispositif d'ensachage automatique et une méthode d'exploitation comportant un contrôleur programmable intelligent sont décrits. Les articles sont déchargés, un à la fois, à un rythme rapide dans des compartiments d'un logement de réception d'article et sont ensuite mis dans un sac. Le logement de réception d'article présente des portes à charnière pour guider les articles dans les uns respectifs des compartiments. Un détecteur détecte la position des articles déchargés dans le logement de réception d'article et envoie les signaux de détection d'article à un contrôleur. Le contrôleur comprend un processeur programmable dans lequel est entrée l'information de délai de chargement d'article pour chacun des compartiments. Le système charge en continu les articles dans le logement de réception d'article et retient le premier article pendant l'opération de décharge du logement. Le contrôleur régit également les portes à charnière après un délai d'information de temps écoulé et se synchronise avec les signaux de détection d'article. Le contrôleur régit la vitesse du transporteur d'alimentation, le nombre d'articles à placer dans chacun des compartiments, la décharge, l'opération des portes à charnière et l'opération du dispositif de retenue pour soutenir le premier article pendant le mode de décharge et contrôler le rythme de placement des articles sur le transporteur d'alimentation.
